A few years ago, the CIA being sold out by the FBI's Rogue employee Robert Hanson; he sold intelligence to the Russian for diamonds. And most of the folks affected were Agents with the CIA....you know the guy FBI brass battled so hard to ensure his pension would be paid to his family; which consist of six children and an a wife....Well, back then we should have known the Federal Bureau of Investigation was Rogue as a culture and all hands were in the pot...But, it would have been a complete re-write of the Constitution instead of an Amendment. So, us lazy American hoped the powers that be would eventually correct themselves because peace needs justice and corruption breeds violence...but it did not happen and the FBI is surely known on the streets as the FAILED BROTHERHOOD OF IDIOCY...I AM NOW DEALING WITH A LEVEL OF CORRUPTION WHICH LEADS ME INTO PRAYER BECAUSE ALL AROUND US THINGS ARE GOING TO HELL. Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Pandemics, and Empidemics, but here is the City of Portland and State of Oregon drowning in the most foolish of fools. I am being lied to by everyone...I actually feel sorry for my ownself about now, it like the Money train is on Uber-Light speed and this is just a pay day no one can pass up....I wonder if you guys know "The deal with the devil" has cost millions but also it has been bought lock stock and barrel for less than 10.00 dollars....So, what's my problem, what am I getting at...the Internal Police Review Board IPR) in Portland Oregon...you guys, my blogging viewing public...this blog is open for public viewing...The US Department of Justice, has decided on my behalf that a life.... and pursuit of my own happiness is halted to protect individual whom can be used for whatever and discarded without care....Yes, Y'all I feel like Jesus Christ...and maybe I am supposed to feel like Jesus Christ...maybe this is some sort of Religious path the chosen have to embark upon...IPR has discarded two complaints I filed against Law Enforcement Officers, without alerting me of thier actions, also IPR forwarded a complaint I filed to Internal affairs and then recinded the request without explanation and adamantly stated, I did not deserve a reason and ignored all my calls all the way to Mayor Tom Potters Office--the path was IPR Director--Richard Rosenthal, City Auditors office Gary Blackmer and then the Mayor....and each blame the other and sent me in to this huge circle which choke my spirit and stole every tear I ever had...I dont cry anymore it so worthless to shed tears about crooked cops and depraved Politicians it like why use the energy to mourn the already forgotten. I think about Martin Luther King, and John F Kennedy, Ghandi, and Socrates, you know people whom know my path and plight.....there all dead but not forgotten. I never thing of the people whom have cost our Country everything as a matter of fact I cannot even remember what their Mother would have called them if she ever needed to call them...they are nameless and without fame....But IPR is named in my blog because this Organization with TOM POTTERS Administration is utterly corrupt and feudal. When Laura Hamilton, explained to me both my complaints were declined without proper procedure I asked whom made the decision and she said PETER SANDROCK...I have never met this PETER person and seriously wonder how any State or Local official could decline a complaint with evidence without following proper procedure...I was denied Intake, I was denied due process or even an opportunity to voice my compliant, I was not even advised of the declination...If I had not filed another for harrasment by Police Officer in Portladn than I would havee never found out....and guess what you guys I tried to help IPR Staff because it was to painful for me to believe this much corruption would be at all possible...It is like they are Meth addict doing anything for a hit.....I said, Lori do you think Mr. Sandrock, failed to send letters advising me of the declinations because the US Department Of Justice Spec. Agents within the USDOJ, informed him of my Criminal Complaint against US DOJ employees and thier ongoing investigation and Mr. Sandrock thought the US DOJ would advised me of IPR declination based on JURISDICTION...and she said no, it was just an oversight...I said and oversight like twice he looked at me complaints and twice he declined them and then twice he accidently forgot to send me a letter informing of the declination as your bylaws and procedure would have him do...and she got real quite. So, I continued and said just maybe Mr. Sandrock in inept, or conspiring and she go even more quite so I said goodbye... WOW it is just unbelievable that this could happen...Like this is America and Saddam Hussien is the FBI poster child for how to behave....But I am going to have to persevere in the name of Wisdom simply because it is just know way my ego will allow me to lose the fight to such retarded individuals....
