Tri-met has excluded me for 90 days because a woman and her daughter said I threatened to kill her grandchildren....No fine, not arrest just a ticket excluding me for 90 days. The lady changed her story in front of Tri-met employees and said "Well you said they were in harms way" The lady left out I said; "You are placing these children in harms way, I am going to call DHS." The Lady boarded the Max Westbound approached me and started argueing with me after I decline to allow her brewd to sit by me...Now I only decline after the Lady asked me If it was okay to sit here...I simply said I prefer not...she started acting belligerent and then I said...I would contact DHS because the video would prove reckless endangerment. Then she continued and argued with another passenger. I moved away...As I was exiting she runs up and made that absurd statement...I was appalled demanded to ask witness she then changed her story and I left and the max departed...Transit Police arrive and she changed her Story and I was given and exclusion and not allowed to file any charges. Sargent Busby and Hawkins as well as Harvey....would not allow.

Dear Ms. Bernick,
I arrived at your Firm today and requested Representation of an Attorney with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP whom handles Civil Rights issues on a Pro Bono basis. The Receptionist referred me to you. The case above is ongoing with Judge Litzenberger at present in active status under advisement. The reason I need an Attorney is the process of the Writ of Review is a violation of my Constitutional Rights concerning Due Process. Also Court Administration contacted Tri-met and gave them and unfair advantage as well as Deputy General Council Van Hagen is currently using retaliatory methods to discredit my character and cause me severe emotional and mentally anguish. I also believe the processing of my case by Judges Maurer and Litzenberger is a Fraud on the Court based on Civil Clerk misconduct and mistake. Briefly I filed the “Writ” on September 8, 2008, and The Court failed to process the Pleading. The Civil Clerk communicated to me at the time of filing I would receive a court date in the mail as of November 2008 no such mailing arrived upon contacting Multnomah County Court I was told by Nandy Nablandian, the pleading was incorrect and they court did not have to do anything about it. I was given outright incorrect information and I believe this Civil Section is being influence by a third party to mishandle my Court filing. I have more evidence even the failure to serve the Defendant upon the first request.
