My Oregon Employment Benefits DENIED-- from the bottom of my heart this is RETALIATION conspiracy and obstruction of Justice and Yet I praise God becaus he has made me aware of the stupidity of man-- This unfortunate idiot man whom will do anything to get a reaction of some sort-- My reaction is to praise God and Christ Jesus the Son of God, My Lord and Savior. I filed and appeal and my rebuttal is below...US Bank wow y'all couldnt control this fool so now it will all come out and thier is no denying murder and rape once your name is attached. US Bank that is what your Connection to Corrupt Federal Agent have assured and expect my Loan payment for my car, I know these petty fools did all of this in the hope of repossession not happening and yet I praise God.

Claimant was discharge because she advised employer during conversation of my intentions to file a wage and hour complaint. Claimant on 5 different occasions attempted to solve a deduction of $130.00 taken from check January 22, 2016 check as of March 1, 2016 payroll had not corrected illegal deduction.
I spoke with HR Connect about an ongoing issue concerning my payroll at no time was I rude nor did I use intimidating or bullying behavior toward HR Connect representative- I was terminated based on retaliation by my former employer US Bank stemming from deduction being assessed by payroll without notification or legal right.
I was never warned by US Bank even during the exit interview Kyle Ingham stated, he was just informed about the HR Connect incident so there is know way I would’ve been warned—The conversation on February 11, 2016 was a coaching which it was determined during meeting I, Belinda Jackson, was not at fault. US Bank has a policy if a manager instruct you to do something and its incorrect you will not be penalize for their instruction. Tier 2 instructed me to contact business service and the Representative refused to take a business customer. I advised Business Rep. my Manager has instructed me to transfer caller. I ask Business Rep. If I could transfer call and she said, “Yes.”.
This is harassment and retaliation because US Bank has violated Wage and Hour administrative Law.
