Guess what our situation Internationally and in America is based on the worth of our public. Society sets the standard and our demise is based on what we hold precious. I have found this Country is inundated with fools. Who care for nothing but themselves; position has led us to this, simply because most of us cannot accomplish anything unless the field is not level and character as well as ability is not the deciding factor. This is the Gods' honest truth somewhere along the line we as a Country and a group gave into cheating, lying and cowardice as the rule. The complaint with Mayor Tom Potter Office is clear and precise--IPR and Portland Police Department employee were participating in corruptions and Obstruction of Justice. Before I filed my complaint I checked with Laura Stewart (previously in this PUBLIC BLOG FOR VIEWING NOT ALTERING I mistakenly identified this Laura with the last name of Hamilton) I specifically asking her what options I should take if I believe IPR (Independent Police Review Board) has denied me proper treatment, she directed me to the Auditor Office to file a formal complaint. I went to the Auditors Office and was directed to the Ombudsman's; whom sent me to Mayor Tom Potters office because Kristin Irving stated, we're too close too IPR and it would be a conflict of interest. Mayor Potters Representative Jeremy Van Kueren stated, He received my formal complaint from Mayor Potter and it was decided that the Mayors' Office had no power over the Police Department or IPR within a City where he was Mayor...I was irate but calm. I was specifically sent to Mayor Potter by the Ombudsman and this was insane....Mr. Van Kueren quickly ends Our call with a statement "Allow me to get to the bottom of this and I will call you back"...The coward "Mr. Jeremy Van Kueren" left me a message on Voicemail later that day stating..."I spoke with IPR and we at the Mayor's Office agree with them and can do nothing for you." Yes, we are over-run with fools whom have no idea about consquence...I am not foolish and know the Chief of Police answers directly to the Mayor who is his immediate Superior. All decisions and policy based on Legislated criteria is Mayor Potters responsibility...So, what we have in the City of Roses, is outright corruption based on logic so backwards it is as if Mayor Potter Great Great Great Great Great Grand Pappy is channeling him from the Grave.... This is corruption I have been denied due process and instead of a remedy I am dealt stupidity all in the hope I will react foolishly....this cannot stand. Belinda Jackson Portland Oregon 490 7972
