Dear Monica/Special Investigations

Hello, I am Belinda Jackson, this email is to communicate to your Office again I am the target of corrupt Law Enforcement utilizing any means necessary to cause me emotional plus physical severe destructive attacks. The technology as well as men resources which have been used to cause me this severe dire attack rivals all tactics used to aphrehend Osama Bin Laden. I have been drugged sexually abused and taunted, my personal residence is illegally under surveillance both inside and outside, I am constantly attacked by operatives and ex-convicts hired by Federal Law Enforcement. I am physically threatened and attacked on a daily basis without concern of Law or Penal code. I have a stalking Order now lodged against Malcom Owens, whom is an operative for Federal Law Enforcement. This situation is so dire I am denied all my constitutional rights and only continue asking for help not because I am getting it but because I know asking is the establishment of Obstruction of Justice and Criminal Conspiracy laws. I, Belinda Jackson, have been left in the hands of men FBI and USDOJ/OIG officials know to be emotionally and psychologically ill; There is no way a sane person or Official USDOJ/OIG individual would make the decisions these fools working for you have..Thier are no boundaries, these men stemming from the Portland Oregon FBI and Los Angeles California FBI Office will not cross also Secret Service. I have asked for help and as of September 23, 2009, sent evidence attention Jeff Vasey to plead for help and prove my allegation, yet I am still out here suffering physical and emotional attack that Amnesty International will call torture on domestic soil under some guise you have individual in place which have decided to spend the rest of thier lives attacking Belinda Jackson and her family; the problem with this is they are halfwits and continue perpetrating behavior which leads to Notice of Appeals Case A143671 or a DA Attorney proscution of a known Sex Offender diagnose Schizophrenic because he has threatened to kill me base on instruction FBI officials have given him. So since you have hired halfwits...and they will continue to be halfwits...why dont we save time and money and end this now...stupid has no cure and your agents are stupid and possible mentally ill...this is not a game and they are so dimoralized and put to shame by my intellect it becomes a situation of attack based on pure vengeance and ego...See they cannot provoke me 1 year or 16 years from now...why not solve this debaurchery now...please contact Mr. Vasey and commuicate to him thier has been no response from his office based on my September 23, 2009, Fax which cost me $14.25 sent and paid for with a credit card...These men are worthless, spineless, loser being paid with deprave bribe by FBI officials the only outcome is disaster...and this email make that disaster you fault...lastly for years I have been writing letters...that all writing letters and surviving depraved behavior by your so called team...Portland FBI has had about 5 Special Agents in Charge and 10 years...lol and my Family have suffered like indentured servants....the Government cannot justify this behavior and the only time I am ever able to speak to a real person like Mr. Vasey whom was recently promoted...I when I call and make some sort of almost Terroist Statement...you guys at the USDOJ/OIG do obivious justice but the Constitution you treat like a disease whorer trying to turn a trick...you have got no love...for our Forefather work...well that not a white light at all...
