I am angry today because I know that this effort is being hosted by a group of Men and Women whom know better and realize they have crossed the line of no return. This week in Portland, Or Mayor Tom Potter held a Press Conference announcing the FBI was attempt to recruit informant to pass on information against possible criminal action by City employees...Mayor Potter stated "This is Big Brother at his worst." What a bunch of malarkey...I, Belinda Jackson, sent Mayor Potter a letter in March 2006 are there about which lodged a complaint against City employees whom are participating in Public Corruption, Obstruction of Justice and a host of other infractions.....I contacted the FBI in February 2006 concerning this same issue....but in May 2006 both the FBI and Mayor Tom Potter are releasing press statement that no investigation is at this point in place and the incident was one Lone Spec. Agent acting on his own...Is this a bad movie, what fantasy from hell am I in...Can I still be in America? That incident with Mayor Potter and the FBI was an elaborate and badly planned smoked screen. These idiots attempt to combat conspiracy charges by looking like arch enemies...What loonies...They ar all together of no account what the point of having Intelligence in Our Country if they are fools....The criminal charges I lodged with the FBI was based on Hate crime carvings placed on my Apartment which the Portland Police Department failed to investigate are follow up. As well as being denied access to the Independent Police Review Board Process...if Mayor Potter is worried about informants then Why is Michael Hess, Assistant Director of IPR still in place within the Police Internal Affairs Oversight division? This City is Rotten and the Government Officials are all together fools...in 1998 I was arrested because two known felons testified against me...I don't have a criminal record and had never been arrested. When the Police arrived on the scene there was no altercation are argument occurring the Portland Police relied upon two known felons and didn't even run a check on anyones Identification...2006 the Police heard a known felon threat my life, listen to this known felon state She had physically assaulted me and did not arrest her although ORS demands this is the action they take mandatory which is why I was arrested in 1998...This is Overt criminal action by Law Enforcement Officials, and their bright idea to cover up this Rogue Conspiratorial relationship is to pick a fight with each other...Like were stupid and unable to connect the dots.....Now it been very busy in Rogue FBI land, the first deliciously stupid idea was followed up with an outright admission...The US DOJ/FBI has taken over Sen. Hillary Clinton's' Office....I faxed my dilemma to Sen. Clinton concerning her May 4th letter referring me back to Sen. Wyden and Sen. Smith...I explained this was ludicrous because both Senators Office had perpetrated what can only be described as Collusion and Conspiracy since they emphatically stated "No one has jurisdiction over the FBI." I also communicated I didn't think they be much help to me in pursuing Ethics and criminal complaint lodged against them....I received a call from Nichole on Monday the 22nd and she stated the letter was right and no help would be extended to me, concerning this issue...I explained this was absolutely and issue Sen. Clinton should assist me with based on fiduciary responsibility considering two Congressional members were perpetrating criminal actions and public corruption....Nicole thought Sen. Clint could overstep Judiary findings....I have no idea what she meant by that, because no Judiciary anything has handled this complaint....I said, "Nichole, this is a issue of Obstruction of Justice and Congressional Misconduct...further the Crime Bill Act of 1994 gave the US DOJ jurisdiction over any Law Enforcement entity so Sen. Clinton has a responsibility to handle these issues...Nichole needed to speak with her Managers and call me back...she never did, but left me a voicemail referring me to the President of the United States, with this issue, because no Congressional member could assist me...Yes, Sen. Clinton's' Office referred me to President Bush.....I called 212-688-6262 and a Woman answered the telephone "Senator Hillary Clinton's's New York Office." I asked for Nichole, and this woman's said---What "Nichole" What Office does she work in." Then Brief silent, explanation and This Woman said "Oh your from Oregon." I was then transferred to voicemail...So my conclusion is simple the FBI/US DOJ has taken over Sen. Hillary Clinton's Office because Sen. Clinton is just not that dumb but the FBI as a Master degree and Stupidity and Shame....it is what they do best. I am so tired of these fools failing before my very eyes and then pretending they meant to do that....
