I was physically assaulted by Sgt. Steel in May of 2006, The Sergeant placed his hands on me and violently shoved me because without knowing I was some how in a crime scene (It looked like a random fender bender). I say this because there were other civilian in the area and there was no prevented tape blocking access in fact the Caution Tape was specifically placed in a manner to allow people through. Furthermore, I walked passed 4 uniforms Officer before reaching Sgt. Steele and these Officers said nothing about me being in the area. What is means, Blogging viewing public is in May 2006, I, Belinda Jackson, was specifically set-up by Rogue Law Enforcement Officials for the sole purpose of attack and intimidation. Local Law Enforcement was in full participation and the hope was my reaction to the physical attack would be to act in kind and cause detriment to my creditability and reputation. This did not happen, I allowed Sgt. Steele to shove and grab me violently, I made no effort to protect myself or resist his action....This was present of mind and prayer because my gut reaction was to Knock the shit out of this man, whom was disgracing himself and his uniform.....Once he shoved me outside the hiked up tape area, Sgt. Steel threatened me with arrest.....When he noticed my demeanor Sgt. Steele shut the Hell up....The first words which flew out of my mouth were---"I am a US Citizen, how dare you treat me in this manner, This is America..." Somehow no matter whom you are the exception being a criminal or sociopath this halts men and women...."THIS IS AMERICA" Which means, We have nothing else; If we choose to shit in and on America it is all over.....We have ruined our Country....I walked away taking camera phone picture the entire way....on this date also I had spoken to Sen. Rodham-Clintons' Office Aid as well as left messages with her Chief of Staff....I had also spoken with Spec. Agents at the US DOJ/OIG what I am saying is it was a very hot day for Rogue FBI Officials and I believe the attack was their way of saying we will kill you legally or at least take away your freedom...quite a statement for the cowardice or the drug addicted; but I am neither of these. The very next moment I called the Supervising Officer of the SE precinct but guess what Sgt. Steele had already spoken to him and I was shouted down with the statement do you need a doctor, do you need to got to the hospital, or you hurt...I guess if you are not dead is still open season on your life with Rogue Law Enforcement.....Any way I filed what we call and Independent Police Review complaint...which is funny because after a cursory review with picture someone at the City of Portland IPR Office decide to close my case without notification...Now this is not how these complaint are handle but because I have made 26 complaint since 1998 it was decided without following policy procedure are US Constitutional Law that I could no longer participate in the IPR process...my complaints are under the Cursory Review and Closure Without Notification...And per Laura Hamilton, I am not allowed to call the IPR Office, but she disappeared after this statement and no one in the Office has followed up on it...but my point is the FBI has my Due process and Equal protection under the law locked down under you get none.....Now How is this at all American....
