Excuse my french but who is this Bitch...Some foolish black man looking for a nut...Case or some sort of sweet deal to look good in front of his friends....I called the FBI Portland Office today and requested to speak with the two Federal Agents I met with previously about my Obstruction of Justice, Conspiracy and Retaliation charges filed with the United States Department of Justice on June 4, 2007, but instead I was placed on hold for three minutes(I know this because my cell service is pre-paid and I am low on minutes) I disconnected then called back explained my situation and asked to be contacted at this point I gave the Receptionist my information and hung up. I made two calls after that and heard a audible grunt; but I paid it no mind. Their was a spitting altercation on the bus, I deboarded because it was quite obvious to me I was being set-up. I checked my message and found out Federal Agent Michael Foster of Homeland Securities Protective Service left me a message. The request is to call him back at 503 572 ****and make arrangement to meet up with him about my issues with the FBI and calling several times. I thought, you are kidding me right? The last time I spoke with the FBI was August 20, 2007 and today is September 18, 2007, so just under a month--not harrassment, not over zealous contact so what gives...I know you know, I know ;this happen before back in 1998 I caught the FBI/Rogue Law Enforcement redhanded sending erroneous Treasury Department Checks from California to Oregon and the very day I took the checks to the District Attorneys Office (Multnomah County) I was arrested on a completely fraudulent Domestic Assualt charge...So I thought was going on Oregon Employment Hearing dated September 24, 2007...I have found out this is pretty much a fruad and the Lewis and Clark Legal Clinic are declining to represent me and the only way they will is if I ask for a postponement--WHAT--So if the Hearing is a Fruad and the FBI is attempting to get me arrested for excessive contact charges...Where is the American Citzen in that? So I call the FBI and I was transferred because I posed one simple question? Whom at the FBI gave Federal Agent Michael Foster of Homeland Security Protective Service Belinda Jacksons' Information?..the Receptionist gave me a patent speech which was "Belinda Jackson, is not allowed to speak to anyone at the FBI, Portland Office except Jared Garth, Chief Division Council." But I just want to know whom requested Protective Service call Ms. Jackson...Okay Miss I will tranferred you to Security...Hey did y'all know the FBI has Security? So I asked Security whom gave Belinda Jackson information out and he did not know, hung the phone up in my face and said he would have PSF call me....yes he used the abbreviation; like I work for the Government are something--I dont work for those folks, those folks are perscuting me...STOP IT ALREADY. So I called back and asked for Acting Spc. Agent in Charge Dan Nielsen, Office and got his Receptionist...I gave her all pertinent Information and she had no idea whom Federal Agent Michael Foster was, and transferred me to Jared...whom had no idea what I, Belinda Jackson, needed or why I was transferred to him...He brought up the letter from the Oregon State Bar and wanted too know how that worked out for me...giggle giggle he also shared with me that Sylvia Stevens sending a copy of my complaint was a wonderful courtesy...I asked him if it was Courtesy are Conspiracy...he was awful quiet...then Jared could not for the life of him figure out whom Federa Agent Michael Foster at Federal Protective Services--(by the way in our conversation Jared informed me he was representing the FBI interest) was and decided to place me on hold...he returned to the call and transferred me to the Receptionist whom was a man pretending to be a woman and threatened me with "You cant call here anymore." Of couse he/she then disconnected the call...So I dont get Federal Agent Michael Foster whom desperately wants to meet with me for the FBI yet they don't have a clue of whom he is...And so I called 503 326 6878 and guess what that is a non working number at Homeland Security....So I checked my voicemail again and come to find out in the message he left a different number it was the 503 572 ****number...So I am speaking to the Brother...Oh yes it was a black man on his car phone (I heard the traffic and kids playing in the back ground...) and dude was really trying to sweet talk me for a moment but when he considered the FBI question which I kept badgering him with, he just got belligerent and started threatening me when he said criminal charges...I laughed in his face...No the FBI will not be charging me because then all the documents and call and blogs (Jared said my Blog has made me famous, he said his friends in New York are calling him) and cell phone records would just be unexplainable...then the laughter got the better of him so he threatened me with ARREST if i contact the FBI again...dude I am so scared...I mean do they know about the US Constituiton...So I said to the Federal Agent the last contact I had with the FBI was Aug. 20th and today is Sept. 18 hows that excessive and Federal Agent Foster says that not the information I have....How do you have any other information is the FBI lying...Oh My God the FBI is lying on Belinda Jackson....Well Mr. Federal Agent Black Scape Goat Micheal Foster...is just some where angry because I would not give him my address...oh yes he wanted me to meet him somewhere--YES...he want to meet up...HOW IN THE HELL DID HE THINK I WOULD MEET UP WITH HIM? Well not gonna happen so he asked for my address...I explained the FBI had my address and the United States Department of Justice and since he worked for the Government they could surely give it to him...Federal Agent Foster said "It was just be so much easier if I did." end quote...They are going to try and snatch me....so if I die know this for a fact you are next.
