The FBI is using its resources and reputation to protect Special Agents whom use rape as a tool of intimidation with utter disregard. Special Agent Marc Grotti illegally enter my premises at 3908 North Alaska Portland Oregon lay down on the floor next to me while I was incapacitated while and african american male teenager raped me and released himself inside my mouth as Special Agent Marc Grotti screamed swallow, swallow. The next morning Special Agent Grotti and the black teen were on The 4 bus leaving what used to be the Columbia Villa; the bus was extremely crowded and the only seat available was next to Special Agent Grotti and the black teen whom stared at me and giggled. I, Belinda Jackson, felt uncomfortable so I asked the black teen, "Do you know me?, he immediately stopped laughing and looked dumbstruck as he said NO and then Special Agent Grotti, turned the deepest shade of red, I have ever seen....I thought he was bleeding. This is what the FBI has done to me for the last 16 years, used rape as a tool then taunt me as the sure fire way of bring about some sort of emotional or neverous break down...how Naive of them...Rape as been used against women and men since the beginning of time. how halfwitted of Special Agent Grotti. Now how did the federal agents do this with the ability to leave me so fully aware when I was completely drugged...Psychiatric mood altering drugs, you are aware but not councious, and muscle relaxiants. I never really felt anything, and they would leave a trigger to bring back the surpress memory...MY FBI really has matured now has it not Mr. Freeh? So on Thursday, When I simply tried to watch a show and it was blocked, because these naive freeks under the guise of micro-managing every aspect of Belinda Jacskon life were on some power trip to show there presence and control...I lost it. I made this grand standing statement about if the TV did not work I would call every number in my contact list on my cell well, the TV still didnt work and the Rogue Federal Agent did not care because they have, Belinda Jackson Cell on lock down...I dont make calls I attempt calls which are redirected to some fool on a script pretending to be anywhere I called, so I must be specific and ask simple questions like "Is this the Department of Justice, Office of Inspector General, or is this the FBI... for some reason this always throws a wrench in the impersonation..but today, Thursday the 23rd, the guantlet had been thrown down and these rogue feds had decided to perpetrate the lies to the fullest...I called the FBI to find out where my evidence was I submitted for the Oregon State Bar Corruption case I filed ; well when I called the FBI a African American receptionist answered and transferred me to Jared Garth, Division Counsel, whom said hello; and when I asked where the evidence was concerning my case; Mr. Garth disconnected immediately after stating, he had no idea what I was talking about. I called the FBI back and stated Mr. Garth, knows nothing can I speak with the Special Agent in charge; but no way I was tranferred right back to Mr. Garth. They do this all the time, I tell the receptionist to please Transfer me to Mr. Balizan, or the Special Agent in Charge and I am put on hold and tranferred right back to Mr. Garth, Division Counsel....whom was told to handle all inquiries made by me a Memo from Mr. Robert Jordan, Former Spec. Agent in Charge, he retired to spend time with his family...but I was assured he is still in Portland...hilarious..Mr. Garth returned to the phone in his beligerent form...or persona...he said I have the evidence, as a member of the community I am keeping it safe for you, Ms. Jackson just in case something happens to you...Yes he did.Member of the Community what the hell..JUST IN CASE SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOU... So I gave him a piece of my understanding and disconnected the phone sent a million emails because I said it long ago the FBI has placed itself in a position where disclosure shuts them down and murdering Belinda Jackson and her family member is a viable revenge option...They have officially threatened my life...on Thursday, I spoke to Tom..The Garth Situation initially started on Tuesday..yes I was so angry on Friday, I went to the FBI on SW 1st and they presented me with Tom...atleast they let me in the door usually I have to stand in the lobby...but Tom let me in and sat down and had a conversation.The conversation was civil and I sincerely liked Tom but it was a ploy ..where he denied Mr. Garth statement was a threat when I proved it was...Tom said well what evidence do you have...I said "I filed a complaint with Justice every single one of my calls are recorded..." Do you not know how Justice work...they get you on tape then talk plea deal...the United States Department of Justice does not play...but Tom insisted that Justice could not have taped the conversation..then Tom backed way down and did not want to talk Justice or Mr. Jared Garth, Division Counsel anymore...as a matter of Fact Tom could not figure out how and Division Counsel would be investigating anything...but Tom said it not my case so I cannot really comment...Okay Tom then why did you come out to speak to me...Why isnt Jared sitting across from me...Tom doesnt know and Tom getting ready to retire...but Tom insist this will all be cleared up by November....What the Hell...He said "Just a month Belinda."...Will I be alive? I am not naive...the FBI is Naive and a disgrace...This is presently attempted Murder....and the Grotti incident I describe earlier is nothing to what else I have evidence these Corrupted Federal Agents did; They destroyed an election location so I could not vote...they have lost their mind which is led and controlled by ego...see below...The FBI is Naive
