I am so angry. Honestly I almost kicked the hell out of this woman and a black and white polk a dot dress because she cut in front of me at the Lloyd Mall. I did not recieve me Employment Benefit check based on utter nonsense. I, Belinda Jackson, am absolutely continuously attacked by these Corrupt Federal Agents. This all started in May of 1995 and at present it is July 2009; I just dont understand how not one person could stop these fools. What part is not clear? They drugged and raped me as a tool of intimidation and emotional distress with the clear hope it would lead to an emotional or mental break. The part I dont understand the most is when I got to the US Attorneys' Office or the Attorney Generals and even the Mayor but instead of helping this poor woman they side with the Corrupt Federal Agents...That just does not make any sense whatsoever to me...Until it comes out that Mayor Sam Adams was flirting with a 17 year old boy and all news media Outlets in Portland Oregon handle it like a run of the meal city all new beat story...The Oregonian is never going to break this story I contacted the Seattle Intelligencer about the Oregonian So called Pulitzer...what a joke the same exact year I gave them evidence of Corruption in Senators Wyden and Smith Offices...Why in the world does not one person want to handle this criminal action..Not the FBI, USDOJ, Local Law Enforcement...I am completely alone under the threat of rape. The point is this no one cares and everyone is for themselves...See why September 11, 2001, happened...When Governments are corrupt innocent people are sacraficed as I am being sacraficed right now so Mayor Adams can stay in Office and this or that Law Firm can gain a Fat retainer from Intel or Columbia or whomever....not to defame Columbia or Intel they are just example of how it can be over 15 years and I, Belinda Jackson, am still being attacked and without any Civil Rights to speak of as I live in America....I just pitiful what I endure all day long...Men and Women attack attempt to provoke me all day...without let up...I dont even have peace at home...I am constantly attacked and I am asking myself all day long how are these Rogue Federal Agents relevant 15 years later...thier not these fools are making deals using our resource and our Government....it pathetic....So let me give you an example of how violated my Civil Liberties are...I had a Trial on June 26, 2009, Belinda Jackson vs. Tri-met Writ of Review case...as of July 31, 2009, I have not recieved a ruling from Judge Litzenberger Civil Court Judge Multnomah County Circuit Court....I have contacted the office three times and I was informed by her Clerk Claudia, she is sick, she is on vacation, and She is in a trial, finally she is moving offices....Due Process takes a huge back seat to corruption...Why have I not recieved a ruling because the evidence gives me the victory and time can change things and create huge excuses...Erik Van Hagen is the Deputy General Council at Tri-met and present a bench copy of pleading and case file supporting his claim on the day of the trail after I filed a motion to strike this information...Judge Litzenberger stated in open court "Mr. Van Hagen, is it possible for Tri-met to act in Pro se." Honest to God he needed 5 minutes to answer that question while continously saying..."What was I going to signed...what was I going to signed...he did not have a response to the Order for Writ of Reveiw...he simple compile documents and gave the Court no direction...a violation of Civil Procedure...he also compromised the order my atttempt to file corrected documents on the date of trial with the order has a fixed date of June 5, 2009...I won no doubt but I am waiting 35 days later to be cheated...How long does a Judge have to rule?
