Blogging veiwing public, you have my permission to question the worth of psychiatry. I am proof these men in women of this profession are a fragile bunch whom practice for the most irresponsible of motives. Do, you honestly believe the Federal Bureau of Investigation chose this route of harm on thier own? The one thing good I can say about the Federal Bureau of Investigation is they have no problem with seeking other professionals and expert to succeed, not that it always happen...Not to be bitter but I honestly cant think of one success story the FBI has accomplished...Maybe I am bitter.... But this is what I must share, the FBI are at present utlizing Psychology as a weapon of attack against me and I mean the entire gamut of functions: Isolation, Powerlessness, Torture, and Aggression. The goals is to break me through depravity, hence the drugging and Sexual Abuse and the AIDS/HIV infection plan; they also hope to cause so much anger through deprivation of rights and attack that a breakdown or illness corrects thier wrong...THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVEABLE...Who in the Hell conciously rely on a Heart Attack or Stroke; The FBI does...I just want to provide documentation of a conversation I had with Jarret Gart, General Council of the Portland Field Office of the FBI today: Hello, Mr. Gart, My name is Belinda Jackson, and I spoke with you about a week and a half ago about the Clackamas Sheriff Office concerning violation of my Civil Rights. Mr. Gart: Yes. Belinda: Well I have more Evidence. Mr. Gart: What. Belinda: I wanted to add evidence to my complaint. Which is I have not received a letter declining my complaint against Deputy Sheriff Jason Nall. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Well that has nothing to do with us. Belinda: Well, I was not given another option to file my complaint just over the telephone, and I asked for a written response and it hasnt been recieved. I believe this is not policy or procedure and my complaint with the Clackamas County Sheriff office in being obstructed. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Well, what do you want me to do. Belinda: Take the evidence. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: That not Evidence it an opinion. Belinda: Mr. Gart are you feeling okay? Mr Jarret Gart FBI: Yes I am fine. Belinda: Well I am providing Evidence, are you aware of FBI Policy and procedure? Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: NO, Belinda do you know FBI Policy and procedure? Belinda: Yes, when evidence is provided FBI employee should accept it and act upon it. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Well. Belinda Jackson: Are you okay? Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: I am writing it down now go head. (at this point I repeat the fact the Clackamas County Sheriff has failed to send a letter declining my complaint against Deputy Sheriff Jason Nall, and further state, I was not given another option to lodge a complaint and I believe the over the telephone method alone is obstruction. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Have you got a lawyer. You need to talk to your lawyer. Belinda: Mr. Gart do I need to a Lawyer to file a criminal complaint. Mr. Jarret Gart: NO. Belinda: Mr. Gart, I have filed two complaint with the Portland Oregon FBI both with you and Mr. Dan Nielsen, and nothing has been done on either complaints. Mr. Gart are you participating in Obstruction of Justice and Criminal Conspiracy? Mr. Jarret Gart FBI General Council: With who? Belinda: With the individuals in your Office I filed a complaint with the United States Department of Justice/Office of Inspector General. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Do you have a lawyer Belinda: Mr. Gart this is not a game and I have disclose this to you several times. May I speak with your Superior because you are not assisting me and I beleive you are participating in criminal action. I need to speak with your direct Supervisor. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: That is not going to happen. Belinda: Are you denying me access to your direct Supervisor. Mr. Jarret Gart: I have other calls goodbye. See, FBI Officials are actively attempting to behave in the most ghastly manner breaking all reasonable methods of assistant and understanding. This is no holds bar against one woman in the hopes of causing some sort of mental breakdown whether it is violence against other or myself...the perpetration here is psychological because the behavior is outright belligerent....the field is not level but if I participate in the method Mr. Jarret Gart and the FBI special Agents whom are attacking me act...If I dare act in kind the FBI and Mr. Jarret Gart, Chief Division General Council immediately, without a moments hesitation run back behind thier position and badges and "SCREAM FROM THE TOP OF THIER LUNGS, "SHE BROKE THE LAW", BELINDA JACKSON BROKE THE LAW." "ARREST HER ARREST HER, SHE BROKE THE LAW." And I dont for one second believe anyone will take a moment and say...WELL YOU AT THE FBI HAVE BEEN BREAKING THE LAW FOR 10 YEARS." No, what would happen is I would be arrested and the FBI in their utter and complete madness would celebrate...This is more than anyone can stand, and I am Sick and tired of being sick and tire to quote Fannie Mae Hammer...But I detest the thing the FBI is, and to become the thing you detest is pure foolishness.. Yes, I had a conversation with Jarret Gart, Chief Division General Council of the FBI today and throughout the conversation his whole purpose was to ignite some sort of rage, instigate some sort of screaming match, just so he could say, I was Crazy....But I have never asked anyone to drug and Sexually abuse the FBI, so who is really crazy....I know, please let me answer this one question before I walk out of this PSU Library where I have been threatened with exclusion because an FBI Operative went and told the Reference Staff I was making Racial remarks against the FBI....Campus Police Officer Smeltz, gave me a warning and so did Ms. Wu the reference Librarian...based on this mans word alone.....I mean she was less than 20 feet away, I had just walked away from her, If Ms. Wu would have just turned around she would have been looking straight into my face, but no she warned me and me alone....But anyway the FBI has the ability of manipulation and lies used on unsuspecting people to partake in whatever. So, threatening me with exclusion based on a lie is nothing new, they raped me to shut me up; lies are par for the course, but before I walk out of this Place of Higher Education...ha ha ha let me just anwer the question who is really crazy is it me or the FBI....I say it is all those Professional advising the Federal Bureau of Investigation, The must be utterly crazy to risk thier professional creditial to protect pure failure which is what the FBI is PURE FAILURE.
