I am being harrassed and physical attack I believe this The Nines is a rogue operation; with the intention of causing me bodily and emotional suffering; and this had at present taken place on several occassion. The letter attached is a bodie of lies and Emiko veneger stated each person whom came forward had the exact same story with the exact same verbage. I am demanding relief these are FBI and Dept. of Treasury employees and I am demanding relief.

As your manager, I have been informed of the following inappropriate interactions that have occurred between you and other associates....
• During the Brand Immersion training conducted by the Starwood trainer, one of the other associates was sharing an experience at the table and you interrupted, pointed your finger in her face and told her to hurry up with her comments and were disrespectful to her. Others overheard you and it caused an uncomfortable environment for everyone that overheard your comments.
• During Light Speed training, an another associate came up and asked if the seat was taken next to you, you replied no, but you can't sit here. When the associate asked why, you replied, "I've heard you are bossy and I don't want you sitting next to me, why don't you go sit over next to Shirley? I need some space." Others again overheard your comments and this interaction was uncomfortable for everyone. You continued to comment about this particular associate's comments or questions in class. Also during this class, you made inappropriate comments to individuals that came in to fix the

• Overly aggressive
• Abrasive
• Interrupting others
• An interaction on the elevator that was observed by our Corporate
HRD with two other individuals that showed you weren't respectful.
• Disruptive to your other classmates and disrespectful to other
associates.
Belinda, as you know, our culture at the Nines is based upon respect and valuing others. Your actions have shown a disregard for your fellow associates and will not
immediate further disciplinary action up to and including termination of your employment. In order for your employment to continue, it is my expectation that you turn around and sustain an acceptable respective behavior immediately. This written warning is not be discussed with others in the workplace, and any form of comments or actions that might be construed as retaliatory will not be tolerated and will be grounds for immediate termination. If you feel you cannot meet the expectations I have outlined above as well as our conversation with you today, we will need to part ways.
