Dr. Bower administered an Overdose of Methadone and the Hospital did not take action for 12 hours after the overdose was administered. The negligent care is Dr. Bower prescibed the wrong pain care and wrong dosage and then The Hospital staff did nothing after a relative notified them of the problem. Plus a stage four cancer patient which had been released spent and extra 36 hours in ICU and could have died...But this is the kicker where the legal recourse from the Medical baord if I dont agree with there decision? Where is the Administrative Rule or Oregon Revised Statute which allow them to refuse to investigate...the Oregon Medical Board is a legislative body governed my Administrative or Oregon Revised Statute...where is this documentation to make the rational and action within Mr. Day letter legitimate...Who is Mr. Randy Day and why is he the only Oregon Medical Board member which processes my complaint and finally why did he use this rationalization on my first complaint (I need a doctor to say Dr. Bower did something wrong.)when after brain surgery the attending physician prescribed Finnergan Nausea drug which cause instant death in neurological patience...Yes..The Rogue Federal Agents have interfered with my Mother Healthcare and I beleive this is Constructive Murder...great gig...USDOJ/FBI did you guys have this arrangement with Dr. Patel and Kaiser..just asking...
