Dr. Bower administered an Overdose of Methadone and the Hospital did not take action for 12 hours after the overdose was administered. The negligent care is Dr. Bower prescibed the wrong pain care and wrong dosage and then The Hospital staff did nothing after a relative notified them of the problem. Plus a stage four cancer patient which had been released spent and extra 36 hours in ICU and could have died...But this is the kicker where the legal recourse from the Medical baord if I dont agree with there decision? Where is the Administrative Rule or Oregon Revised Statute which allow them to refuse to investigate...the Oregon Medical Board is a legislative body governed my Administrative or Oregon Revised Statute...where is this documentation to make the rational and action within Mr. Day letter legitimate...Who is Mr. Randy Day and why is he the only Oregon Medical Board member which processes my complaint and finally why did he use this rationalization on my first complaint (I need a doctor to say Dr. Bower did something wrong.)when after brain surgery the attending physician prescribed Finnergan Nausea drug which cause instant death in neurological patience...Yes..The Rogue Federal Agents have interfered with my Mother Healthcare and I beleive this is Constructive Murder...great gig...USDOJ/FBI did you guys have this arrangement with Dr. Patel and Kaiser..just asking...

This funny thing happen today; I had the audacity to call the portland oregon fbi and ask about the status, conclusion or update concerning evidence I, Belinda Jackson, submitted to the Bureau (FBI) about 6 months ago..that evidence has been lost, found, lost again, found and now lost..based on information I recieved from the duty agent today..actually he said it was lost to him..I asked him to contact his Supervisor and he refused...I, Belinda Jackson, then said does it not seem odd to him the FBI lost submitted evidence...he actually agreed...I said lets do something about that...he did agree but then moved on to some contrived psychiactric tactic that was probably tried on me 10 years ago...It goes like this I am supposed to feel like the entire Federal Government is out to get me and this is what I am suppose to admit to a Federal Agent so he can call me a mental case...but I, Belinda Jackson, politely explained to him my US Dept. of Justice Complaint was lodge against the Portland FBI, and District Attorney office so I could not for the life of me figure out how he percieved I, Belinda Jackson, felt the entire federal Law Enforcement goverment system was out to get [Update Mark Walhstrom US Marshal is looking into my exclusion from the Federal Courthouse forever..he was supposed to call me back about 5 days ago....yeah lol] --get me maybe duty officer Nov. 15th knows something I dont...just saying...This entire fiasco...did not change the fact I filed my Rely with the Oregon Appeals Court ...and my Verified Accusation.with the California Supreme Court..so why is the FBI lodging this attack against me...I am exhausted with this attack...thank Jesus I will never become a fool involved in Corruption are I would be a goner....this is exhausting constant attack..every piece of garbage whom is feening for a fix...And guess what the Overdose of Methadone given to my Mother by Good Samaritan...is being rebuffed by all Attorney we contact...unless she dies it not Negligent Care of Malpractice...like 5 Attorney said this to me...given I am using my Cell phone or my land line which have been compromised by corrupt federal agents lost in fantasy...this maybe just bullshit. I find it hard to believe not one Attorney is interested in a Negligent Care Case?..and I mean every word...I wish these pansy ass loser were worth me compromising my freedom or understanding...you all ought to be ashame of yourself for making me sit through this Bullshit...these failed ass rogue feds dont have a chance in hell against me..just read Mr. Van Hagens response...yes please read Judg Litzenberger Judgment...this is a joke..and the Psychiatrist tell everyone belligerent behavior will lead to volatile behavior...one thing...May 1995 to Nov. 2010...please come get your fooooooooools. The FBI and it hirelings just recycled a black male they used to rape me when he was under age, I think Terrell was 16 or 17 years old. I was just on the Green line max and having my lunch and out of nowhere I here,over the top of my head--"Man, Hey Man--it this one..." I look up and Terrell is staring at me, with this ridiculous grin...You know as if I was going to have some sort of adverse reaction. I, guess the FBI thought I would scream bloody murder, start an altercation, have and emotional breakdown or atleast acknowledge there tool Rapist presence. I did none of this; I have filed criminal charges and told the entire Law Enforcement Community by filing a criminal complaint...Rogue Federal Agents are using Sexual Assault and taunting as a tactic of intimidation and emotional abuse. The powers that be within the Department of Justice does not want the International Community atlarge and definitely not the American public to know rape is a viable action for ther unsupervised and absolutely out of control Federal Agents. Belinda Jackson will Ignored this taunt just like I ignore when they recycled the so- called Aids patient the FBI used to rape me...If the United Department of Justice is looking for and African American female to have an Emotional Breakdown over rape....I suggest they file a lawsuit against whomever told them this was possible...I, Belinda Jackson, was reared under the knowledge that White Men are Rapist; no sane African American Woman would ever leave her child with a White male unless he was a trusted friend and this is suspect to betrayal...What does this all mean...It means the FBI showed thier hand, this is not random and it goes all the way back to 1998 when Terrell Sexually Assualted at my home 3908 N. Alaska Ave. Portland Oregon--witnesses galore exist to this information--Margaret Jones, Donta Tanner and everyone the Corrupt Federal Agents told as a tactic of undermining my emotional stability and friendships...Yes, I am impressive and the FBI is well aware of this, so they went around slandering me to my friends and relative and the number one reason why they(My friends) should betray me was because there was no way I would survive being sexually assaulted and taunted...Remember Special Agent Marc Grotti, he allowed and African American male to rape me while I was incapaciated(drugged out of my mind) then boarded the Number 4 Fesseden Bus the next moring to taunt me, Belinda Jackson...This will never work after atleast 50 rapes (Countless time I have been sexually assualted while drugged)and the Rogue Feds know this so now they just use this Rape tactic as emoitional abuse to attempt to cause disruption...I am supposed to be finishing up my Rebuttal Brief but instead of that I have to deal with Hospital stays for my Mother released on Oct. 31, 2010 and Terrell dancing in my face to day on the Greenline Max...Remember who I am a Child of God and their is no Weapon that will ever prosper against a Child of God....but these men are loons so every night I have to stay up until 4:00am just to make sure I am not sexually assaulted as a tool of revenge...The main people the Rogue Federal Agents have attacking me now are Sex Offenders.
