Abuse of power is really quite simple, Men or Women decide all aspect of your life utilizing a position of power which would be bette serve for some other situation that it was created for; Brad Tellam mailed me a letter Via United State Postal Mail on March 15, 2010, in which he stated Mr. Erik Van Hagen had violated no ethical policy as far as the Oregon State Bar is concerned. Mr. Tellam went on to stated April 16, 2009 something happened...This date is wrong; I could present all sort of evidence which would prove corruption, collusion and Obsturction of Justice as well as conspiracy...but the evidence is at present public record so why bother....I will just fall procedure and file all appropriate criminal and appeal complaint. I will be covered and when ever the United States Department of Justice decides to file formal charges against Rogue FBI and Secret Service officials...Statute of Limitation will not be near the conversation...I am covered by grace and intellect...but the FBI is damned idiots.

Dear Acting Executive Director Mark Jones,

Mr. Jones, I am presently being blocked from entering Government Offices under the pretense of criminal Allegation which are completely fabricated by Corrupt Federal Law Enforcement stemming from the FBI Portland Oregon Office and US Attorney Portland, Oregon location. The US Marshall are blocking me from entering the premises of the Mark Hatfield Federal Court House, where the US Attorney's Offices are located. I have requested to enter the premises on February 26, 2010 in an effort to look up records in the Federal Court House located in the same building. I am involved in an ongoing Appellate Case Belinda Jackson V. Trimet Case No. A143671 and their is a case I want to see involving Trimet. On Friday I was blocked on three different calls by the receptionist at 503 727 1000; Her statement to me was "Belinda Jackson" you are not allowed to call here or come to the building; she disconected the telephone call. I explained to the US Attorney's Receptionist; I simply need to go to the Federal Court House who would I speak to at the US Attorney that could communicate to the US Marshall in an effort to enter the premises. I was disconnected on three occassion; the last time the Receptionist stated the Supervisor was right there and I was to be disconnected and not to call again are arrive. This is a violation of my Civil Rights; the Federal Courthouse is housed in the same building and I do not believe the law can prevent me from entering a public building; I have not violated any laws and I have never been charged with a crime. I believe this whole thing is corruption perpetrated by Ken Robinson and the local FBI Office. I have a pending USDOJ complaint lodge againts Special Agents Grotty, Beauhiem, Gonzales, Pritichard, Meuller and Supervisors Czdy, Jordan, and Stephen Fiddler for corruption, obstruction of justice and a host of other infractions. I have cell phone records and a copy of my complaint to USDOJ. I am demanding an investigation of these Civil Rights violation which breach both the Constitution and the Bill of Rights...This is corruption at a scale which denigrates the very essence of the United States Department of Justice; in an effort to cover up thier criminal action I have been blocked from entering the very Federal Agency which were created to protect my rights; these agencies are protecting Corrupt US DOJ/FBI Employees. I demanding relief and these agencies to cease and desist with this criminal action; I, Belinda Jackson, have filed complaints with the US Marshal and the USDOJ each time these corrupt locals have obstructed justice....I am demanding relief ASAP...immmediately.

I witnessed the most foolish of foolish in media coverage this past week...Jess Jackson standing next to Saltzman and Adams...Thank God Rosie Sizer did not show up...Jesse Jackson is a Hoax and the notion marching in the streets as well as meetings are going to have any impact on rampant corruption is not logical...Rogue Federal Agents are quite the con-artist...He is not a Reverend and he is as vunerable as a church mouse in a room full of hungry outdoor cats....Mr. Jesse Jackson cheated on his wife and had a child with his Mistress out of Wedlock..this is not a Reverend; this is a man of no creditability.....I am just going to go ahead and say this out loud...Hoodwinked the whole damned state of Oregon...We have been "Had" "conned out of our gourd"....The whole thought process is sickening...When is the old Negro spiritual going to kick in...Aaron Campbell murder is the sort of sensational "I cant believe you shot someone to change the news" tragic behavior these Corrupt Federal Law Enforcement Agent perpetrate...the media outlets are talking about a black Civil rights crime--but guess whom orchestrated the whole thing...FBI official/Secret Service Officials...you cannot honestly believe a man was shot and killed because of lack of communication by two law enforcement officer attached to the same radio...This was deliberate...they murder this man to put on this Show of FBI is coming to the rescue of Minority--When FBI and Secret Service officials are involved in outright human and Civil Rights violation...Are we all a bunch of hick afraid of the truth...Reverend Jesse Jackson...not at all...I could not believe my News Coverage...Fox News...Koin6 all spewing the same foolish statement....please stop looking at the clowns marching...and realize you are being pimped by corruption...the FBI in Oregon is so deeply in bed with Portland Police Department they literally picked our Police Chief...Rosie was the last ditch independent effort former Mayor Tom Potter ever made..and rumors she's leaving...Another indenpendent mind bites the dust...like Charlie Hale, Tom Potter and Now Rosie Sizer...We have to take our town back...I know the tactics these Rogue Federal Agents are using...targeting families, attacking teenager, and marriages, Feeding depravity ...These Rogue Federal Agents will do anything to control our City and State Governemnt...Recall Sam Adams is a Joke...he's a Mayor of a medium sizes thriving metropolitan city with an alledge weakness for Teenage Boys...no he is not going to be recalled he's a terrific puppet for these Rogue Federal Agent to pimp our city with...Mayor Adams is a foregone collusion of Politician being used by Corrupt Federal Law Enforcement in Oregon if you ask Belinda Jackson..Remeber Eric Sten...left in a flash when he realized how the game is played with Corrupt Federal Agents involvement...This Law Enforcement faction attacks and emotionally devestates families, women, and children. They feed addictions and have a pedofile history...i.e. the Confessed Pedophile all of sudden out of nowhere just started following me around...He literally was on Koin 6 one night and the next day he was on my Trimet bus, at my library sitting by me on several occasions....please ask me how Rogue Federal Agents attack I know tactics....I am watching this and it is corruption...Are City is being controlled by Corrupt Federal Agents Stemming from Portland Oregon FBI and Secret Service....The FBI is going to do nothing but move food around on thier plates and exonerate thier hit man...plus put him back on the street to kill again...Detective are probably already using the scenario of accidental shooting in Interogations...Our City is sick to death...We need to regulate these idiots cause now they have a blank check...I am only alive because the paper trail to me is not something these Rogue Federal agents can explain away....But please look at the whole Aaron Campbell shooting..this was a deliberate act..this was a contract hit...PR for the Rogue ass FBI...they need a PR face lift "the kill a black man" and then come off like the Calvary...joke.

2010 and I am still in a hell of a situation. The Rules in our Civil Society just do not apply to Belinda Jackson. I was going over it in my head the other day; see this all started in April 1995 when I filed a simple EEOC complaint against my then Employer Drake Capital Securities, located in Santa Monica California. The Operation Manager at this Investment Firm was married to a Secret Service Agent William Ison and her Name was Sandra Ison...well Sandra says "We are going to ruin you life and drive you crazy." Kidding right no one person is dumb enough to risk a pension because this Black Girl(I was a girl at the time) made her look bad in front of her superiors...Well come to find out Caucasian people in general hate when African American people out smart them and make them look inadequate..I mean this needs to be address on a national level because a lot of the things we hold close to our identity as Americans get desecrated when a white man looks very much like a halfwit...I did not believe Ego was still in such control over men and women...I mean Hiroshima has to stand for something....but I guess we are a nation doom to destroy ourselves based on idiocy....See the other day I thought...This Appellate Case all started as an effort by Rogue Federal Agent to use Trimet as a tool to intimidate me...on the day of this fruadulent citation was issued way back in August 2008; yes August 2008, I, Belinda Jackson, sent documents to the United States Department Of Justice and these FBI/Secret Service/Slash whomever this mental patient is who refuse to leave Belinda Jackson alone is...thought well we will teach her a lesson for consistently filing Civil Rights complaints...so they harrassed me on Tri-met which these Rogue idiot have done since 1998 and yes 1998....I never disrupted anyone...Office Sean Christian pulled me off Trimet made me stand in front of his Portland Police Car and questioned me like I was part of some Robbery..when nothing happened on Trimet the Driver lied...The Driver pulled over without announcing why and I belinda Jackson simply asked the Trimet Driver when were we going to depart..The Trimet Driver called the Portland Police and lied...I asked to file charges for filing a false police report. the Trimet Driver filing a false Police report and Officer Sean Christiansen went off and wrote me a 30 day exclusion on his own understanding...because I had never been asked to stop any sort of behavior...I did not even know why I was pulled off the bus...The Trimet Driver said I was a chronic problem; we asked Trimet to produce evidence and they had none...he lied the whole incident was a tool of harrassment and intimidation. The Citation, The Hearing officer, The Judicial Court System, and now an Appellant Case...These people are fools without a clue of how to accept situation without escalation which undermines Our identity as Americans...We are no better than China...Do you know they drugged raped and taunted me as a tool of attack...supposedly the psych"stupid asshole" iatrist said sexual abuse would cause such emotional turmoil I would just turn to drugs and drink and die.These damned fools have been waiting for 15 years for this alledged drug and drink and die...I dont even drink or do drugs.....what in the Hell are these damned idiot doing working for our Government...Who in thier right mind used Rape as a tactic against someone "ME" who filed an EEOC complaint...Ego whipped these fools as..FBI/Secret Service...they are just non-functioning fools...This Appellate Case make no sense...Stefanie Hudson, paralegal vacated the first Notice of Appeals, Then Mr. Van Hagen shady Undertaking 19.300(1) arguement was the second disimissal and now Mr. James Nass order of Dismissal cause the Reconsideration all this for a fraudulent Citation because Trimet gets Government Funding which should have went to Detroit, Michigan....I believe the only choice the Appellant Court has is to over turn Judge Litzenbergers finding...her Intent Areguement alone is just infantile and her oppion on the fact The Attorney of Record failed to Certify the Return because Mr. Van Hagen did not know what to sign...Motion in pleading form communicating to the Court the Order had been met...he was not in compliance with the Order and Judge Litizenberger and had interpret Rule 17 instead of Apply it which was just wrong...Civil Judges Apply the Law they do not interpret the Law...But I hear it now...these loons are so jealous of me...they will not allow me by myself with no assistance from anyone but God have a sitting Judge ruling Over Turned...but this is what the Appellate court should do...just like that woman Judge Kerr should have found the Defendants Attorney in contempt...his practice and effort were rogue...

I was robbed, Judge Muarer actually undermined her own findings...Exparte January 19, 2010 all fees were waive exparte feb. 1, 2010 she asked if we wanted a new judge.And made us reschedule for Wednesday 3rd..why? then made us comeback with regards to my contempt charges(on Wed. Feb. 3rd, 2010) becaue Mr. Van Hagen failed to withdraw his invalid motion from the appellant court.And my "Notice of Appeals was dissmissed..Judge Maurer stated with he is not in contempt he had no way of knowing the Fees were waived.The refused to allow me to continued because she had ruled...yes she did...she is defined.....never will I ever think ugly means smart.. The point is simple they are a bunch of redneck, racist lost in cheating as the answer....Their is no way in Hell Judge Kerr-Maurer can rule on January 19, 2010, all fee are waived then not hold this fool Van Hagen in contempt for allowing my "Notice of Amended Appeal to be dismissed on January 26, 2010, He should have alerted the Appellate Court. I attempted to get it done and he claimed not to like the language of my Order--I guess Imentionted September 10, 2008, just to many times...but the stipulation of him writing the Order was he would withdraw his Motion to Dismiss he never did...the Defendant Attorney allowed the Appellate Court to make a decision based on a Motion which was not a valid certification.. The Defendant Attorney breached his stipulation with the Plaintiff to withdraw this Motion...And then the Defendant Attorney sent to letters two both Court where he lied to them about the stipulation to withdraw as if a stipulation was necessary..Judge Kerr-Maurer is a woman whom is very angry about her circumstance...so what she has cannot be ratttled are disgrace...See I believe Judge Kerr-Muarer is under the impression that attractive, African American Women cannot be intelligent, dilligent and resillient....I guess we can only be cheated, lied to, conspired against, and Alone in Heaven with God and Jesus Christ....The end of all ends...She undermined her own ruling....January 19, 2010 all fees were waive..February 3, 2010...the Defendant's Attorney had no way of knowing ...Case Regeister over his head I guess.....
