I arrived at the Portland Field Office on the FBI on Thursday January 19, 2012 and spoke with Spc. Agent Wade and His partner(refused to ID himself) and I offered them the original copy of the Fraudulent Special Agent In Charge Eric A. Johnson, Special Operation/USDOJ-OIG Letter--In this letter my Civil Right case was closed. I spoke with your Office on Tuesday--Duty Officer and pre-arranged my visit to deliver evidence. I was flat out denied to surrender this evidence by the above mention Agents..As we know it is a Federal infraction for FBI Agent to refuse evidence. Also Spec. Agent Wade suggested I mail, the Letter via US Postal mail back to the FBI Field Office atten Jared Garth....Well I feel that was attempt to cover up the criminality and suppression of evidence...I am lodging a formal criminal complaint and requesting the video in the FBI Office is preserved as evidence...The Federal Agent who refused to ID himself attempted to Google the Fraud letter writer...which is strange..Confrence call sound more practical

RE: 1130 am meeting with Portland FBI to drop off Letter from Special Agent in Charge Eric A. Johnson Special Agent in Charge Special Operations Washington DC Investigation Unit

I arrived about 1109am--Checked in with african american receptionist--she knew me on sight...Ask my date of birth and I provided this information. The FBI Receptionist then contacted a Special Agent by telephone and told me it would be just a moment, about 8mins later two white males arrives one in a suit the other in green khakis green shirt black vest...farce. Moving on the conversation starts with spc agent in the suit(refused to identify himself) asking me what did I want--No hello or Introduction just a very rude--"What do you want?" I replied--"Oh, are we being hostile, because I did not know about that..." Suit Guy backed off immediately--"Oh, No"-- we're trying to help you (not even). Well, Okay--"What is your Name?" Suit Guy" I am not giving you my name." " I only give people my name I go out to see, I dont have to give you my name." Me--"Well can I speak to your FBI Supervisor" Suit Guy-" She's not here." Me-"Well how convienent for you." I immediately turn around to the other guy who was just standing there looking uncomfortable--and I said "Are, you going to give me your name?" Spec. Agent Wade "Said yes" and stated his name and the fact he was a Special Agent and Suit Guy was his partner--From there it was all corruption...I had to explain why I was there--Really for the millionth time this letter is fraud I was sent by the United States Department of Justice/Office of Inspector General---Now here you go-Attempt to hand over Evidence--both agents refused--words and words and words anwords--And Suit Guy-Googled Special Agent Eric A. Johnson and said here he is---See right here...Well if their he is Suit Guy-- I, Federal Locator, OIG Investigations and KOIN6 Investigator Kyle had no luck and we called his Office...So Suit Guy what's your story...Suit Guy has a special Smartphone and he can find out any FBI employee--Well suitGuy call him--and he Never did.. well Suit Guy why didnt the other Special Agents tell me this--Suit Guy " I don't Know." Suit Guy answers I dont know most of the time..Special Agent Wade--said to me--"I dont know who told you to bring this letter to us...but we are refusing it...You can go home and US Postal mail it back to "Jared Garth" Me--Why would I send a federal infraction to "Jared Garth" Then Special Agent Wade mumbles something about "Jared Garth" investigating all criminal complaint made about FBI employees...then what is the USDOJ/OIG "I dont know." This is what happen in front of video cameras they refused evidence at the Portland FBI office, I requested a Supervisor and was denied; I was told to mail the evidence back to a individual I have filed corruption, conspiracy and harassment charges against...Do you get it now because I do--Oregon is corrupt utterly and completely--These idiots are more rare than a KKK meeting inside NAACP Headquarter--These damned idiots murder Margaret L. Jones, and they are currently covering up thier actions in broad daylight...clear

This is truly sad these idiots are breaking every law in an effort to rattle and undermine Belinda Jackson. The debauchery is enormous consuming and without precedent,

what has led the Federal Government to attack, Belinda Jackson, for over 17 years... it has to be cover up their ghastly actions...Rape, Murder, Drug Delivery..

but who is it, The Secret Service, CIA, FBI or who...and the most foolish of all is the people whom are just collecting checks to continue this idiocy, Doctors, Law Enforcement,

Professionals of every walk of life...its just foolish.

I am smiling and praising God all the way through this terror because I will be vindicated... They can lie and deny all Crooked Fed...you will be dealt with by God...and go ahead write another to check to continue this madness

Hey damned idiot I, Belinda Jackson, am not the center of your universe. I spoke with Jared Garth today, No I did not ask to speak to him...Okay I called 503 224 4181 Portland/FBI local Office. My request to the receptionist who answered..."FBI Portland Office, How can I help you." response is--"I sent an email to the Special Agent in Charge at FBI/Portland Local Field Ofc and How can I ensure he recieved it..." Receptionist at PDX/FBI said "I will tranfer you to a Special Agent Duty Officer and they will help you" 2 minutes into the conversation with the Duty Officer...I was ask my name I said "Belinda Jackson" Duty Officer response was..."You know you cannot call here, You have been told several times." Do not call the Portland/FBI" my response was "You know that is untrue." "You are committing a criminal action." Duty Officer: "NO I am not, No I am not. I am not speaking to you." I am hanging up." Dont call Here" I tried to called back and for several minutes my Cell Service would not dial out...Literally I sat there pushing redial button..and my Cell phone did nothing...[Virgin Mobile and I have filed several complaints w/Virgin Mobile which go like this-- my Cell is hacked...I am a whistleblower my cell is hacked...it doesnt ring and I cannot dial out to number which I have never called before]...back to the FBI....I finally callback and say to receptionist your Duty Officer disconneted the phone in my face and said belinda jackson cannot call the Portland/FBI...she immediately said hold on a minute and never came back on the telephone...blind trf to Mr. Jared Garth. I was speaking to Mr. Garth....I cannot explain in written word how that conversation went...paraphrase...Jared is addicted to chocolate, Jared has never heard of Frm Gov. Neill Goldsmith.The pedophile...well he thinks he has never...Jared eat very loudly on the phone during business hours at the FBI...Jared is a Special Agent as well as Div. Counsel now...Jared has not idea why the Duty Officer said I cant call the FBI...Jared takes all call for the Specila Agent in Charge...Jared is being threatened...I dont know what Jared depravity is...but when I ask him what was being held over his head..why he was the only one in the Portland/FBI who will speak to me..he went silent...when I said Jared what are they holding over your head...absolute queit...So I said Jared Why you all quiet now...He stutttered...yes stuttered..then Mr. Gareth recieved and incoming call and said "I got go." /s/Belinda Jackson

So the rumor is just six more months and I will commit suicide; the rumor is being spread by a group of mental patients working for Corrupt Law Enforcement. How pathetic is a Government Law Enforcement enity whom banks on murder, suicide, and rape as tools of sucess? Well guess what loons....You lose again, I am worth a million of you and all day long I watch your best fail...Really does my heart good to know every single word of God is the truth....These Fools working for our Government in the compacity of depraved tools of harm prove me and God everyday. I cannot hire an Attorney whether the response is from the Attorney are a Third party stealing mu mail altering/redirecting my cell call again altering what inside the email or us postal mail no attorney will take the job in my Mother wrongful death case...Clayton Morrison and Mike Arnold have been the most foolish...Dimigan Pickett were criminal but Mr. Dimmigan did his best to fix it and I appreciate him..I am not upset about this because Liz Mcardle has render her decision at the board of Nursing and Special Agent in Charge Eric A. Johnson letter sealed the fate of Porthaven Healthcare Ctr and the rogue Federal Agents...I am find the very tools they have used to create dispair snared the Rogue Federal Agents and not I. So Christmas alone is no problem because If I was with my family it would be another day of work for these foolish lost in psychiatry disasters. God Bless and Happy New Years

ps. the thing which is so damning about my Mother wrongful death case is a license heathcare center left a patience struggling to breathe for over 2 hours and it not worthy of investigation or autopsy..wow
