On February 19, 2008 and February 20, 2008 I emailed and USPostal Mailed letters to the UDSOJ/Asst. Atty. General/Civil Rights. I called His Office this week whoever he maybe because the Operator stated thier was an Acting Asst. AG in Washington DC because Mr. Wan Kim has stepped down....We cant even keep the Attorney Generals Office Staffed....this is so not my country....I dont know where I am at anymore; it is a nirvann affected by addiction environment. I am overwhelmed again...After all this is the Federal Bureau of Investigation being embarrassed by thier own...How long will they keep this a secret.....I getting to the point where I feel like my life has been dedicated to suffering fools....like maybe this is my calling because I am really good at suffering fools....I havent killed anyone yet, physically assaulted anyone yet, cause anyone to be inadvertently murder or anything like that....I go into legitmate business with no rights...And they take my Money like I have a fighting yes....I have a cellular telephone....but Rogue Law Enforcement has taken over my ability to use them...I have two....I had over 300 picture uploaded to my Virgin Mobil Account but they have disappeared and not one soul want to discuss it with me....I filed a complaint with Homeland Security about that disorderly conduct ticket on Sept. 18, 2007, and not one soul will speak to me about and the office flat out refuses to send me correspondence about what led to their decision....I asked why and was given no reason and disconnected....Frankly the FBI and whomever they are working with has revoked my citzenship without any sort of logic or sense and I am lingering in this Country unproctected....China, Iraq, Russia and Afghanistan would love to know about this....I remeber President Bush taking about Rape room...Well blogging veiwing public 2500 plus military personell died for nothing because America has Rape Rooms and Rape personell....Our Government even provides pedophiles with victim....Love America Now...but I think you should change it...cause I am overwhelmed.

Dear Wan Kim ,Assistant US Attorney General

I am lodging a formal complaint Official Misconduct (18 U.S.C.§ § 241, 242) -- Intentional acts by law enforcement officials who misuse their positions to unlawfully deprive individuals of constitutional rights, such as the right to be free from unwarranted assaults, illegal arrests and searches, and theft of property as well as drugging and sexual abuse as a tool of intimidation and torture. The United States Department of Justice involved in this heinous and vicious action are employed by the Department of Treasury and Federal Bureau of Investigation as well as the San Francisco Field office of the United States Office of Inspector General; I also have proof Senators Ron Wyden and Senator Hillary Clinton have facilitated and conspired to Obstruct Justice and conceal criminal action. The individuals involved at USDOJ directly to my knowledge are: David Czdy, FBI Robert Jordan, FBI Spc. Agent Marc Grotti, FBI Portland field Office, Spc. Agent Supv. Stephen Fiddler, and Spc. Agent Gonzales, Beauheim, Adams, and Pritchard. Washington DC FBI John Conditt, and Thomas R. Monroe The United State Department of Justice Employees Donald Walker, Paralegal, Bill Lombard, Spc. Agent, Theresa Weathers, Office Manager, and The San Fransico Field Office of the United States Department of Justice. I filed my Complaint in 2002 against the Portland Field office of the FBI for Obstruction of Justice, Drugging and Sexually assaulting as a tool of intimidation and torture, US Postal Mail Theft, Illegal interference of my wireless and home Telephone service. US Attorney Karin Immergut also sent a Letter on my behalf requesting and inquiry and investigation. United States Department Of Justice Office on Inspector General communicated by telephone my letter had been reviewed and sent to San Francisco field Office for investigation. This never happened and when, I , Belinda Jackson, called the San Francisco Field Office I was lied to and treated with belligerent disregard and negligence. I asked the Supervisor at the Field Office one question what happened to the investigation and he said “We never received the letter.” I called back to USDOJ/OIG and was told the Supervisor was being dishonest. The letter enclosed is from Theresa Wheathers at USDOJ/Civil Rights which states no crime had been committed yet Official Misconduct (18 U.S.C.§ § 241, 242).; Clearly proves criminal action is at present in being committed.

Blatantly, Assistant US Attorney General Wan Kim , The Portland Office on the FBI along with The US Treasury Department Secret Service are at present committing a vulgar and willful reckless disregard of the entire penal code system with no concern for punishment or consequence. I am under acute distress and torture, all my attempt to reach out for help are smother under my own Government loss of control of its’ employees…Assistant US Attorney General Wan Kim your house is running a sprint toward complete obliteration of the United States Constitution without a care in this World.. I am demanding relief, I, Belinda Jackson, of Portland Oregon should not have to survive this imbecile and criminal behavior….Sir, I am presently being prohibited from entering the Mark O Hatfield Federal Court house without reason or recourse, as earlier as September 2007, the US Attorney was prosecuting for disorderly conduct stemming from a fraudulent ticket given to me by a ICE/Homeland Security Empoyee. All charges were dismissed because the entire incident was as fiasco of intimidation and harassment. I am demanding relief from these criminals in your employ.

I am overwhelmed by this situation. I have no clue why an occurrence that took place in May 1995 is still ongoing. I have no idea how my own Government could know full well WHAT is going on and do nothing....I just wonder whom made these decision...just what fool thougth drugging and sexually abusing a United States citzen was a good idea? A courser of action to take? I am attacked all day long...incident after incident...I am not even safe in my Mother, Margaret Lee Jones, home....It is open season on me for WHATEVER reason...How is attacking and innocent woman okay behavior....I will just for one moment attempted to give you a front row seat to what I endure every single day---Children and the Ederly are nothing but tools...Sex is a commodities sold like a drug....and Rape is apart of thier day....Intimidation and physical attacks is what you do no matter what....I am constantly physically attacked, constantly confronted with intentional distructive behavior...and the only thing I can say to explain WHAT I Belinda Jackson is feeling is Tortured....I am being tortured and Broad daylight with utter disregard for civility or law. I am shoved, Kicked, exposed to the most disgusting smell and volatile and abusive attack and language. The moment I, Belinda Jackson, attempt to protect myself it is en masse attacks, threats, hostile comments, and physical assault come from every direction...and These tools which is all they are will go to jail in an effort to please thier handlers whom work for my Government....WHAT happened to make this okay...whom said this is American....It is officially 12 years later and I am still being attacked by Rogue Agents whom work for my Government...Blogging veiwing public I do not have a voice, nor do I have any civil rights or Constitutional protection....Corrupt Law Enforcement lost in the most destructive fallacy that could exist "Total Control" have deleted my...that would be Belinda Jackson...these Corrupt Law Enforcement Agents and thier cohorts have deleted my life, deleted my living....I am being maimed because I am not corruptable...Yes these Criminal elements within the United Stated Departement of Justice and FBI would have been very happy if they could have run a rogue operation and manipulated me, Belinda Jackson, into some sort of corruptable behavior or addiction...yes our Government would have settled for Belinda the pedophile (not ever going to happen) Belinda the drug addict (not ever going to happen) Belinda the (criminal can possible happen cause whom would the be, maybe just maybe these corrupted USDOJ employees would which back to be law abiding....ha ha) The fact is we are at WHAT? what in the hell happens next....Am I left as a toy of folly and rape for the mental patient the FBI/USDOJ employ as tools to intimidate law abiding citzen....am I swept under the rug until I die or am I saved by the truth that has being Obstructed for 12 years....WHAT IS NEXT....DO have to die for these fragile mental patient to get out of my existence....Because the way I look at it these men and women have failed because it does not take 12 years to destroy one woman whom is a law abiding citzen....So WHAT do we as American do about our mental patient contingent within our Government....You, know they exist blogging veiwing public by just watching the Roger Clemens fiasco....That Rep. whom attack Mcnamee was straight loonie....He called McNamee a liar and the evidence clear showed both parties had been dishonest...but the Rep. from the Republican party chose to see one part of the picture...tunnel vision...the abilty to block out the whole factual text and just concentrate on the section which allowed you view are agenda to be presented.....So June 8, 2007, I contacted the Civil Rights Section at the USDOJ in Washington DC, and recieved a letter from the Office Manager Theresa Weathers, saying the Department could not find a violation....Yet Not one person finds it a bit off an Office Manager would supercede the legislated process of the Civil Rights Sec. of the USDOJ and answer my formal complaint without allowing the employed Attorney at the USDOJ/ Civil Rights Sec. Does any of my blogging viewing public know why I am being single out for the Office Manager answering Civil Rights complaints program? I would rather my Civil Rights Complaints lodged against USDOJ/FBI employees is process in the same manner as the rest of America....Now stay with me could it be the letters from Sen. Wyden, Sen. Clinton. Rep. Blomenaur and Rep. Wu....or just maybe Sen. Gordon Smith letter could be the stumbling block....How about the contact with Sen. Clinton Campaign Manager Mcaulliffe....What in the world has me stuck in the biggest criminal debacle by a Goverment body since Watergate....I have a next step....but am really going to be sucessfull....I mean quite honestly who is reading this blog besides Corrupt employees at the USDOJ/FBI, Department of Treasury and thier cronies....I have one thing to say to these individual if you plan to wait me out until I am 43 years old, or 44 years old or even what is just a short 8 years away 50 years old....I will still be a christian whom stands for what is right and you guys will still be WHAT----failed criminals whom sold your sold to the devil for the depravity which in gulfs your life to such an extent that you would sit by and allow a woman to be drugged and sexaully abused as a tactic of control....anyway you assess it you all are fools and I, Belinda Jackson prove it.....Lastly not all if lost if you fools try really hard one day you could be just like me...but you must repent.
