This is over the top…Just to damn much for a mind to contend with…pinch the hell out of me…President Elect Obama….Hell yeah….Yes…We…Can….So thrilled…We did it in the middle of corruption, rape as a tool and the complete understanding here in Oregon the whole head is rotten…we did it…Change is so here, but I say this with a strong heart and unyielding faith get ready to throw down…The criminals are dug in and unwilling to release their gains of the last 8 years and 12 years by some other peoples count….This is about to be a battle Royal…I, Belinda Jackson, have been at War with the Psychiatric crew on the shirt tails of Corrupt Law Enforcement for 13 plus years…So my fellow American get ready to be tested, manipulated, tried, and completely push to the limit….I am still languishing in hope and I would believe the first order of business at the US Department of Justice would be to clean their house or hide the skeleton…No Writ of Review as of yet concerning the City Hearing Appeal decision with Tri mets’ Exclusion Order which concluded October 3, 2008.  I guess the Multnomah Circuit Court has just failed to process my Writ of Review, are it has been stolen out of my US Postal Mail Box….either way this Court document has not been returned to me and I have proof it was filed with the Civil Clerk…No response from Ms. McDowney, Special Agent In Charge Dave Miller or the Office of Inspector General…And yes I am still attacked unmerciles-sly by this so-called PSYCHOLOGICAL ATTACK…Last night a direct quote from by Mom---“I wish you would move out of Die.”  Not her words but the words of the psychiatric team fed to her as she shut the door quickly….I guess drugging and sexually abusing, and constant attack is not enough we had  to add a Mother telling a Child I wish you were dead….So “B” Movie these  failed Professionals need utter care and complete silence because their minds have abandoned them….I just laughed in their face….Did you honestly expect a different reaction….I said in a whisper after the statement came at 3:04am during a bathroom visit; which was really an opportunity to see if I was sleeping so other heinous intrigue could be utilized….”The only Puppet Master is God; you guys are just a bunch of fools…” Ha Ha Ha…Yet I am so happy because Sen. Gordon Smith is no more….Yes…this loser said to me he agreed with Sen. Wyden Office said “There is no oversight for the FBI, they can do what the want.” Then Sen Gordon Smith Office agreed when I brought the matter to them….Well Senator how about the Crime Bill Act of 1994 which give the United States Department Of Justice jurisdiction to investigate a pattern of criminal action by any Law Enforcement Entity….and if nothing else I, Belinda Jackson, am proof of a pattern of criminal action by Law Enforcement…just a brief example…I called Allstate in 2004 or about their and spoke with Mr. Boliva located on Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy. made an appointment of acquire Life insurance…Once I arrive some other Man…with soars on his hands decided to help me in Mr. Boliva’s Office…sold me complete Life Insurance made arrangement for a mobile unit to come to my home at the time at 2016 SE 122^nd Ave #65 in Portland Oregon to give me an HIV/AIDS test and then presented an Lincoln Benefit Life contract….when I objected and insisted on a ALLSTATE contract…I was told by Mr. Boliva and the other guy their was not ALLSTATE application for Life insurance in the whole Office….And yes blogging viewing public I was sitting in and ALLSTATE Office for some reason that did not have any ALLSTATE Insurance form….go figure…No , what just occurred is  the Rogue Conspiracy and demented mind of my attacker who plan to fraudulently diagnose me with HIV/AIDS because they tried on several occasions to infect me during their rape and drug sessions….since I was not infected quick enough and they new what had  already been done these Rogue FBI and Crooked Federal Agents decided to speed up the process with a fake diagnosis.   ALLSTATE would not  sign off using their original contract…when I insisted during my conversation when I made the appointment to have available…So I made an appointment to come back when ALLSTATE INSURANCE LIFE APPLICATIONS were available…I left and went straight to the local off of the FBI where some Special Agent Gonzales was unleashed on me like and attack dog…Then I went to the Local Police Office after being kicked out of the FBI not arrested but just kicked out and not one at the FBI would take my criminal complaint that I was just a victim of a Rogue Sting operation by Federal Agents attempting to use HIV/AIDS as a weapon of harm and intimidation…at my Central Precinct I had evidence so they were force to allow my to file a complaint of fraud and harassment…But the Officer who showed up claim to be a friend of the President of Lincoln Benefit life and refused to take my complaint…yes the whole head is rotten and these FBI and Federal criminals are dug in so get ready to fight…and get ready for me to be freed or murdered depending who is on duty…Signature Belinda
