I am so stressed out and honesly after Thursday impromtu Hearing at Multnomah County Circiut court with Presiding Judge Jean Kerr Maurer it is my honest belief that I am a Dead Woman. The entire fiasco was mind numbing. Please understand I am fully aware Corruption is at hand these entry are manipulated and altered by the minute for the sole purpose of confusing and underminding my one reason and only rational which is to get help. I mean Help....these Corrupt Federal Law Enforcement employee have lost thier minds and I have evidence from the Judge Kerr Maurer incident to this Carlton Peeples, Chief Civil Rights fruad. I am being abandoned and sacraficed because these are Government Offiicials making deals with the resource or Our United States Department Of Justice...Micheal Moseman is a Federal Jugeg, Jan Myer is an Circuit Court Judge---thing an Attorney will turned down that Guarantee....Doug Bray is the Administrator of Multnomah County District Court....I have evidence and I am going to benefit if one human being does thier job....But the Rogue Corrupt Federal Employees are making deals with benefit Attorneys and thier Firms.....It is impossible to understand why Local News is refusing to help me....but then I see Beau Breedlove does an exclusive with Kion 6 while KATU and KGW are told they will be service next...I dont have that sort of MOJO...I just have justice and our Government espcially in Portland Oregon is pimpin' that justice to the highest bidder. Lynn Hider has met with me...and I saw she knew I was being honest and the evidence was overwhelming...but she walked away from me and the thing that is devestating is I could read the wire device she was wearing...Every aspect of my Right to privacy has been violated...this is my point if these Rogue Feds are wiring up potential people to help me during our meeting where I am requesting help what chance do I have......I dont mention rape and druggin anymore I just make the case from Corruption and Obstruction of Justice, reproduction of fruadulent Federal documents and what have you and they still make the deal against me causing more turmoil and sadness....This is not the first time these Rogue FBI and Secret Service Officials have gone into a District Court to Obstruction Justice they have committed this criminal act about 5 times starting with my 1997 California District Court Law suit for $300,000.00 which they completely hijacked....With the help of Charles W. Stuckey of the US Attorney's Office and Spc. Agent Marc Grotti of the FBI then let talke about Nevil Tucker, Attorney at Law Los Angeles Ca. Rogue FBI and Secret Service outright conspired with him to mishandle my case and never file it...Which left me to file it at the 11th hour with the help of an California Law Library employee...This has been going on for 15 years almost does anyone in this world understand how much of as sign of the times all of this shed light on.....Every part of, Belinda Jackson, life is illegally attacked 24 hours of every day....every kind of person is used to cause me harm and my very living envioronment is some sort of make-shift clinical study for emotionally disturbed so called Psychiartrist.....As I type this entry I know for a fact damning parts of it will be illegally accessed and altered to construe another message are atleast confused the message....I have gone to 100's of Attorney Office and Receptionist stop me with lies and Attorney are flat out impersonated....so you know now why I believe I am a dead woman....If 3 month go by without me stirring up some sort of attetion via Carlton Peeples, Judge Kerr Maurere or some sort of Storm which raise eyebrows and concern along the lines of sacred boundaries...the FBI is going to have me Murder, then my Mother, then My sister Reva....because we have such damning evidence against them we cannot be left alone......Margaret Jones is my Mother she flat out conspired with FBI/Secret Service official and the Local Police to have me arrested...My Mother was in the room she was apart of the conspiracy with Local Law Enforcement in Portland Oregon and the FBI....that is so destructive the truth has been suppresed for 10 years it happened in 1998 and I was falsely accused and arrested as a danger to myself...the Multnomah Count Court appointed rep. whom reveiws these decision threw it out and was appalled I was takent into custody...Why was I taken into custody because I had evidence in the form of State of California employment Benefit check with an Oregon Address on them..this cannot happen the checks were fake. I had just deliver them to the DA so I had to be rendered un-credible...arrested even though my Mother had just said to a 911 operator (taped conversation) come get my Daughter are I going to kill her....then never he mentioned her terroist threat...I was arrested and it was conspired...by FBI and Local Law enforcement....

Oh my goodness gracious this is just out of control...These Rogue FBI and Federal Law Enforcement Agents have no boundaries. This is just not ever in the realm of possibitlity. I am a dead woman. Monica you have to do something. I had a meeting schedule with Presiding Judge Jean Kerr Maurer and she turned it into a hearing where her actics were criminal. She actually lobby on behalf of the Defense--and undermined her own ruling for them; then she implied--who am I kidding she outright colluded with Rogue Civil Desk employees when she said all they did was "Take in paper work." I said "And make sure it is processed." She said not one word....My "Writ of Reveiw" was put in a desk and ignored because Nandy Nablandian notice my ORS was correct but my title was incorrect should have been "Petition for Writ of Review" instead of "Writ of Review" with ORS code clearly stated which is inclusive of the whole Statue. Then Biased Presiding Judge Jean Kerr Maurer states...but you did not asked for anything...And clearly the last paragraph request relief based on the ORS governed guidelines...brought to her attentions she did this ultra strange thing with her chin and tongue and then gave out an Oh..."Belinda what do you want." My petition filed without obstacles and to file a formal complaint for corruption....well file a lawsuit if you think the Civil Desk at Circuit Court did something wrong...Yes she did...Yes this Multnom Judicial Rep did....she said file a Law Suit and then gave me 60 days and a waiver of the Surety to file my Petition of Writ of Reveiw...Corruption...When I asked what Judge made the decison to file my initial Case she refused to answer and Eric Van Kragen, Deputy General Council for Tri-met sat thier and said nothing...he said the subject was moot because the 30 days exclusion had been satisfied....This is what going on...Racketerring and Corruption...I filed a tort claim with Tri-met and less than 90 days later I being exclude on a fraudulent conspired charge--when I prove this in my Writ of Review which is Tri-met recourse after a City Hearing the paper work is never processed by Multnomah County Circuit Court...who conspired--Portland Police, FBI, Transit Police, Tri-met Tina Lowe and Administrative Offices, Gregory Frank, Hearing Officers, Gary Blackmer, City Auditor he has oversight with City Hearings and Internal Affairs Reveiw mechanism and finally Circuit Court....They all Conspired to defame, slander, and falsely proscute me...Because I have never had a violation on Tri-met. This is elaborate and a sane mind would never attempt this but these men and women honestly believe they are above the law...A faction within Federal Law Enforcement which honestly believe they answer to know one...Now is it Just FBI no it is FBI and Department of Treasury stemming from the Secret Service and Federal Proctive Service....They have slandered my character to defame and ebb away at my quality of life and emotional stability...I am fighting for quality of life...there are no standard unless I fight for them...remember these FBI and Federal Officials have shoved children in my lap, had men masturbate on public transportion, over crowd the Public transportation to inappropriately touch me and drug and sexaully abuse me....Monica do not beleive for one second this group is sane because they readily admit they are insane and will do anything to reach thier objective...rape a child or commit murder whatever it takes to meet thier objective...remember this started in April 1995 with and EEOC Complaint when Sandra Ison called me into her Office and said " My Husband and his friends are going to ruin you life and drive you crazy." Monica please help me, United States Department of Justice employees have gone nuts....I called USDOJ at 202 514 2000 and asked for Carlton Peeples, Chief, Civil Rights per a letter I received...the Federal locator had a listing in Georgia with a (404) area code and he had no title with FBI or Justice. I have in my possesion the letter directing me to the local FBI whom refuse to speak with me...they do not care about our Constitution...Monica help.

I am Belinda Jackson--This is me after 14 years of Corruption perpetrated by Rogue Law Enforcement. The only real way to I am trying to communicate with my Blogging Veiwing public what is going on is this--When the United States Goverment-"Meaning the USDOJ and CIA" were talking about Saddam Huessien's Rape Rooms they failed to mention thier own...The Government threatens me with Rape every single day. When I am watching Television, on Public Transportation or if I just happen to walk into a Room I, Belinda Jackson am innudated with Rape insinuations and graphic stories....Koin 6 whom I recently have contacted ran a story on March 31, 2009, 11:00pm news about Rape--while asleep or drugged....It is the intention of the FBI and the idiots they are working with to use this as a Psychological attack...these idiots have no shame are boundry they will create a News story and selling exclusive rights to keep me in this hell and thier corruption hidden....My Government--Our Government does not want anyone to ever find out they used Rape as a Tool...They are using Rape as a tool and yes as embarrassing and demoralizing as this fact is...it is much more lunacy to understand I, Belinda Jackson am being sacraficed to keep this secret...Me and my family are under constant harm and attack by Corrupt Law Enforcement Offiical in an effort to cause deadly harm and cover up this criminal action...It is easy to blame my Family for cooperating with Law Enforcement but if they had not well that would be called a crime, militia or host of other criminal infractions...While the Government "meaning" FBI, Secret Service, Local Law Enforcement are out their bragging about how they control my drug addict family they should also brag about 24hour, 365 days a year contact and illegal surviellance....No they will leave the illusion in place...but my family is being coerced, intimidated and bullied into all cooperation with Rogue Law Enforcement...Now Judge Jean Kerr Maurer is actively participating in Conspiracy with Doug Bray and FBI corrupt Law Enforcement...I have proof..if you can get passed the Rape issue...please help
