Why do I smile? How can I continue to Smile? It's all very clear to me, Understanding has this smile permanently affixed to my face...Jared Garth, FBI Division Counsel is corrupt...The Portland Oregon FBI Field Office is Corrupt. I am being blocked from retaining Legal Counsel and the American Constitution is being desecrated by the very individual whom are supposed to protect and honor the very essence of the Constitution..The realization is even more cemented into my understanding in the way these Federal Agents run to Racist tactic like they are a magic bullet...The smile is on my face because I have all the answers...I know this is corruption...I am not confused, sad, or angry...I am a Black Woman and all These White people is epitomizing every sterotype that was ever stated against them....White men raped me--When I started telling everyone about the story as a young girl I was told about white me being rapist...these same white me paid latino, asian, and black men to rape me....The smile mean, no matter what these FBI/Secret Service slash whomever the hell these people are...be sure they are Federal Agents...be sure to know George Dorsett, Robert Jordan, Mark Grotti and Dave Czdy are at the heart of the attack..no matter what they do...I will smile...because in order for them to be successful the Quack Psychiatrist said I must be distressed...never does right become distressed and I am RIGHT...And not living on my knees...The things they are doing to me would bring this Country to a stand still..I will always, follow protocol and procedure...never will I act violently...because I have no intention of making these corrupt fools look anything but guitly.

The point is very simple these men whom are doing the bidding of our Government do not give a fuck about our civil society or how we decided to Govern ourselves. This being said, I , Belinda Jackson, had a conversation with Mr. Jared Garth, Division Counsel for the Portland FBI field Office last this week...it fuzzy now but when you are being drugged it gets fuzzy sometimes...but clearly I know he apologized for making me stand in the hallway, and was shocked it happend tried to deny what I was saying until I brought up the video cameras which secure the hallway. These cameras look vert hi-tech...so our conversation--me and Jared-- went like this...I am filing charges with the Portland Field Office of the FBI because my Civil Rights are being violated by the Oregon State Bar and the United State Attorneys Office; I provided the Portland Office of the FBI with evidence and I am demanding relief..end..Mr. Jared Garth--"What do you want me to do."end--Hard to believe he doesn't know his job discription..and what is really dibillitaing to my understand is Mr. Garth sent out a directive stating that all "Belinda Jackson" telephone call go to him--Not one other person is supposed to speak to me at Portland, Oregon FBI Field Office- (I cannot even get the Spc. Agent in charge on the line)---so what in the hell does he me "What do you want me to do?--Investigate my allegation and proscute these idiot so I can get back to "The Gift of Life" God gave me...This part is very very criminal--Mr. Garth brought up the recent deaths of two women involved in a Tri-met bus accident--he wanted to know my opinion...I said "What does this have to do with my complaint. Mr. Garth went all "Crickets" on me then stated just want to know your opinion...my opinion is it's tragic but part of living is dying...so what is your point; Mr. Garth--he did not have one it was clearly a veiled threat--As if Belinda Jackson, is afraid of corrupt cops--I just wish I could fight...I wish I could fight back...but the minute I think about fighting back...these Rogue cops working for Our Government get all official on me and run like bitches behind those badges...they have pimped out to the highest bidder....no I, Belinda Jackson, have to suffer these fools....Now to Ms. Maxifield...did anyone, everyone except me know she was a criminal lawyer defending client whom have mostly committed federal or white collar crimes...I am a gold mine for this woman...I have to say...she could profit on a huge scale by not representing me...especially if she not a very good attorney and want to parle her present situation into a Federal Law Enforcement Position...anyway she emailed me and left me a voice mail stating she doesn't handled my type of case. Oh really...I have proof Federal Law Enforcement is knee deep in the most ghastly act since Ar Bu Grave(sp) think Robert Hanson FBI employee whom sold secret the the Russian for diamonds....this situation proves the FBI and CIA are no better than Osama Bin Laden...the tactics they have used against me mirror terror acts against other Country....These idiots working for our Government go into Grocery stores and taint products I might by...they set up harrassment and intimidation in public areas, on bus, at grocery store, and the library..they walk in with thier badges and other credentials blazing to attack Belinda Jackson...and Ms. Lisa Maxifield does not feel my Case is something she does...okay Lisa how about someone else in the Firm...anyone at your firm handle this sort of situation? I am being blocked for hiring counsel because this is the only way the FBI/Secret Service/CIA can be successful against me...Now let talk about HBW Leads...part-time job I picked up which in reality was a FBI rogue operation...how do I know...shouting matches, people standing on furniture in the work place, and call information which is directed to the wrong people..my supervisor tell me...do not ask for he person on the screen, just do the pitch..and the biggest of all gaff...Person A states "Do not get lippy with me." Person B (whom is a male) states "The only place I want you lips is around my zipper...) in the work place during a shouting match..happens all the time in Rogue Operation never in reality...this is pathectic..these people are fools and the idea that a Psychologicat attack has any chance after 15 years of use is plain old insane...

So do not know what to say---I walked into the portland FBI last Thursday and they made me stand in the hall way...Someone name Sue exited the Elevator as a representative of the FBI...Yes other people were sitting in the lobby area...but for some reason Belinda Jackson had to stand out in the hallway...yes the door was locked and I had to speak to the male receptionist by telephone...They made me stand in the hallway y'all what in the hell is up with that? Honestly what need did that fullfill for the FBI--Was it vengeful, idiocy, or just plain old mental illness traits reaching the surface...I have said since from day one; my OWN Government has unleashed mentally ill people on me and now I am telling you guys the only reason I was left in the hallway was to instigate and provoke...that is crazy...this is the Federal Government what a blatant violation of my Civil Rights in Broad daylight at a supposed professional evironment...The whole lot were just giggling like children on a play ground...I asked Sue where is Jared Garth and she said "Oh, he not here today." (I only asked this question to establish she was FBI, because she presented no id) I gave the Portland Field Office evidence proving my allegations lodge against The Oregon State Bar...I know I just passing information to a Conspirator about its Co-conspriator--but you gotta establish Obstruction of Justice...On to the Next becaust this travesty has the ability to anger....I have not recieve any United State Postal Mail for Three days...Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday....this week--You want to know why--Rogue FBI Agent are stealing my mail right out of my PO Box..I suspect one of the clerks and have already filed a complaint....I have had this PO Box for 5 years and this is Election time--all sort of mailer should be in my PO Box but my box is empty and dark every day...These Quack actually believe they are establishing some unspoken reward and punishment interaction...fools...you are particpating in criminal action and will be punished...on to the next Appellate case contacted Lisa Maxifield she an Constitutional Attorney whom handles Appellate cases...she has never called me back...as if she could--these Rogue Feds have completely and illegally altered all communication outlet...I called my cell two weeks ago and it was disconnected...I contacted Virgin Mobile and was told it was an accident--This is corruption and last Thursday as I stood in the portland field office of the FBI I got the real message...they are allowing these fools to attack me at will and with no equal protection under the law for Belinda Jackson--the last time this happened people died...innocent people died...remember Sept. 11, Timothy McViegh...can you believe these twits really believe other should die to protect rapist and criminals...well like I said I am convinced our Country is being governed by cowards, halfwits and criminals. America, I will not let rage consume and undermine my good judgment--I will stand on Faith...because men and the ideas of men are just to low a standard for me to be undone by....the drugged rape and taunted me and when that did not work the attack my family--they would be corrupt federal agents...or maybe at this point I should just say--Federal Agent---fools

Dear Mr. Balizan
I am filing criminal charges with the Portland Office of the FBI against the Oregon State Bar Association and Representative Chris Mullman, Scott Morrill and Sylvia Stevens. These individuals have participated in Federal Criminal Infractions which include Obstruction of Justice, Criminal Conspiracy, Breach of Public Trust, Fraud, Corruption and a Violation of my Civil Rights; which include Access to due process, and Conspiracy with a third Party to deny my Civil Rights which include the right to counsel and equal protection under the law. These Charges are being lodged stemming from my formal Complaint against Mr. Eric Van Hagen, Deputy General Counsel Tri-met for intentionally lying to Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Marylin Litzenbeger during June 26, 20009, Trial Belinda Jackson V. Tri met about a defense he previously used in another Judge Courts during pre-trial hearings. As well during the Apeals process Tri-met illegally detained and harrass me on two separate occassion and falsely charged me and ticketed me with an infraction I could have not committed; Further Mr. Van Hagen challenged my Appeals to the ticket and appeared at a Hearing where Ian Simpson explained to him there was not possible way I could have committed this crime. Tri-met conspiring with a Third party, I believe to be Corrupt Federal Law Enforcement have attacked, stalked, harrassed, threatened, falsely accused and physically attacked me on Tri-met for the passed 10 plus years--Mr. Malcom Owen whom is a diagnosed Schizophenic and Registered Sex Offender was just convicted for violating Stalking agreement on Trimet yet on three separate occassion Tri-met employees refused to contact Law Enforcement even when Mr. Owens Threaten to kill me in front of witnesses and Trimet employees. The Oregon State Bar including Mr. Scott Morrill and Sylvia Stevens are intentionally committing conspiracy and collusion to shield Mr. Van Hagen from dealing with the consequence of his actions, This is a long list of time Oregon State Bar officials have refused to perform thier designated professional duties in connection with reasonalbe request; Mr. William Traceder, conttacted my employer and stated "Belinda Jackson is harrasing the FBI." I was fired the same day by Addecco; Donna Sandoval of Bullivant Houser et. al stated Oregon did not have any Civil Rights Attorney whom represented the Plaintiff and the list goes on; these are clear ethical and criminal conspiracy infraction yet each time Oregon State Bar employees: Mullman, Morrill and Stevens block my effort with the notion of insufficient evidence; I gave Mr. Morril Transcript information which point blank stated Mr. Van Hagen used the Moot denfense in Judge Maurer Court and then denied using the defense in Judge Litzenbergers Court--yet Ms. Sylvia Stevens state insufficient evidence based on a misunderstanding--No Ms. Stevens is heavily and wrongly interpreting evidivence to fit her pre-determined outcome. I am mailing a copy of her original letter--FAXING--

I know you are probably wondering what would lead Federal Law Enforcements to such disasterous behavior. The use of Rape by a Law Enforcement entity is quite disasterous for civilization and the Government which would use it...surely this alone blights the Countries reputation and crediability for years to come...

I mean after all we went to Iraq to stop Saddam's Rape rooms...who knew FBI and Secret Service Officials found that rape room are quite functional...the reason why it has been 15 years is because the FBI is filled with bumbling idiots whom are quite often manipulated by other branches of Federal Law Enforcement...The FBI is a embarassment and every single time they raise an objection to anything the ridicule is resounding....I am stuck between stupid and damned stupid...I have survived for no reason at all because the powers that be are never going to allow the American public to know what was done under our flag in our name...the sad part is not what happened to me and my family but that my Country could be so pimped by nothig more than Criminals...Once my older Brother tried to blackmail me about a caper we pulled off together...He said I going to tell mama what we did...I said come on lets go tell together....Somehow he did not want to go tell anymore and guess whom was left running things...Little Sister...I am not afraid of these baffoons...I just wish there was more than one of me....They raped me and taunted me with thier rape...And as loud as I say it they will spend million to keep it a secret...the problem is these Rogue Federal Agent...Grotty, Czdy, Dorsett, Beuhiem and Robert Jordan/Stephen Fiddler..US Attorney Acting Ken Robinson..are paying these conspirators in every currency known to man...yes cash money, but also child porn is a currency, access to rape of a 12 year old also a currency, no jailed time for criminal activity also a currency.delivery of meth and black tar heroin also currency..These fools are paying everyone with anything they ask for to keep it a serect what Federal Law Enforcement is doing to Me, Belinda Jackson, of Portland Oregon...and by the way the rape started in California but when I moved back to Portland Oregon in 1997, the FBI/Secret Service manipulated the Portland Federal Law Enforcement under Dave Czdy they were doing something brand new and cutting edge; when in actuality these Portland Feds were just pimped into the program.What program Psychological attack as a tool of control...what made Ross Perot just bow out of the Presidential election years ago, what led to only an 18 year old kid challenge former Mayor Vera Katz...what made Jim Lim not use the evidence I gave him against Ron Wyden...and Wyden is such a tool; does anyone but me wonder why Portland, Oregon has record unemployment when Wyden got a $357 million dollar grant to build lightrail...why such high unemployement because the 357 went to vendor not jobs and vendor make large donation...they are such selfish idiots..but they do not care about being caught are prosecuted....Can you believe this mess...Men are absolute dumb ass building a bridge to hell...How dare these dumb son of mother who did not care; think for one moment I would lay down in die for fools...I am going to live and survive these ederly failures...this psychological babble...I going to survive these fools and their folly...Belinda Jackson.
