Atleast in Oregon I can have reconsideration..I never expect a fair break these Law suit are creating a paper trail to prove the outright crimanality of Federal Law Enforcement they honestly believe there is no consequence for there criminal action...it is amazing to me Mr. Charles Hales just step down from City Commissioner..and not one person blinks...No other Mayoral Candidate accept for and 18 year old and Vera Katz not one blink..Rosie Sizer is fired...not a a blink Mayor Adams only arguement is he was 18...nothing..we are under a police state and these rogue feds will rape your daughter...this is my paper trail...because if these rogue feds are waiting on me to break they need to hope for something else...

Christmas Eve I check my US Postal mail and I have a letter from the California Supreme Court which says--( Denied. )

In re the Accusation of BELINDA JACKSON Against and Attorney.

No signature just a stamp of "BAXTER"

but thier is a stamp which says.. SUPREME COURT FILED DEC 21 2010

I spoke with Amy Allan on Dec. 19th and she communicated to me the next step was an Order from the Supreme Court to the California District Court requesting a copy of the Case stemming from my Verified Accusation complaint...I am thinking the FBI missed this call somehow..no my bad they were illegally on the call because they asked Ms. Allan about the Order and she said...Every Accusation has an Order for the case requested...every case accept Belinda Jackson Ms. Allan...you see because thier is no case...Belinda D. Jackson v. Drake Capital Securities was hijacked by Rogue Secret Service Agents..whom thought they were doing Ms. Sandra Ison a favor..Her Husband is William Ison, former Secret Service employee...this is just pathectic..they just sent me a fake ass Supreme Case Order denying my accusation this is over $300,000.00 plus interest....wow wow wow...on monday I will file a complaint with the FBI and US Postal Inspector whom are already particpating in Conspiracy and Corruption...Once again I will ask this question...Where am I? THE POINT I WANT TO MAKE IS IT NOT IN MY NATURE TO SHARE WITH PERFECT STRANGER I AM A Victim of Sexual Assault--this is a private matter and yes I have already reported to Law The fact FBI Agents used Rape as a tool of intimidation brought no takers for help...sad and un-american
enforcement....They refused to give me a rape kit or a blood test..I was drugged and raped...which I find very difficult to understand...a United States Citizen say she is being drugged and Raped to Portland Police Department and no rape kit or blood test...well I guess they knew I was telling the truth since they are conspiring with Rogue Federal Agents. This whole Oregon Terror attack is a perfect case of the Fire Starter putting the Fire out and looking for accolades..A very long investigation over two years well that would make Mohamed Osaman a minor...but I guess since his orgin is middle eastern or muslim it does not matter about his civil rights....and Balizan said on camera with a giggle will take our chance in the courts...cause the FBI has dirt on all Multnomah County Judges(Litzenberger, Kerr Maurer, Jan Myer..and more) This is a big ass cesspool of corruption and it is boring I have had enough of begging for help only to have the individual bribed by rogue feds or intimidated..do you understand I could not even hire an attorney in oregon and I knocked on doors. Am I the only perfect one in this world? Why did the Big Bad FBI bully or scare me into some ridiculous behavior which is out of character...well this is what I know...Mayor Sam Adams is a joke...he not the mayor he just the idiot we see....Sargent Bessmer is a joke who promotes a guy with five lawsuits and several physical abuse complaints...and Multnomah County Court system is a bargaining tool...my friends sister just got off a major drug bust case with what amounts to a warning...Portland, Oregon is a joke or city is about democratic as AIDS....Why would Charles Hale just leave CITY COUNCIL...we dont ask question in this Great State of Oregon...we just keep our mouth shut and hope for some crums off the table...boring...I will annouce it officially but I am weeks away from taking down this blog...and no one helped me...I update it for records..but thier no reason for the public to read how Belinda Jackson is being raped or attack..check out my twitter page where you cannot hide int he shadows..and know I never recieved mail from the Supreme Court of California stemming from my verified accusation just like my FTC check stolen right out of my PO Box..for money.
