I have been philosophical, Understanding and Biblical; it is now time for some hard facts. I know it is atrocious to concieve American Law Enforcement uses Rape and HIV/AIDS as weapons of destruction to protect criminal actions by US Department Officials. I know it is unfathomable in America Political Officials and Media Outlets would openly and with wreckless regard shit on our Constitution and Democracy for personal gain. I know we expected more out of ourselves and Our Authorities. I know not one of you could believe men would be this halfwited as to create thier own Government within America (Lon Mabon, David Gesh); to create and send fraudulent Goverment documents on US Department of Justice Lettterhead, IRS Letterhead, FBI Letterhead and this especially as Employees of these very Federal entities as well as other Organizations with no Athourity whatsoever. But this is their strategy the FBI and Law Enforcement Community intend too attack us with the unconcievable to take us to the place of starting all over because who wants to start over again. If you have one monicum of understanding you see my point, These men are preying upon your intelligence just like they attempted to prey upon my weakness, which was not weak at all. The fact is after I went to the Oregonian Newspaper and not until did they recieve a Pulitzer in 30 years, Not until I went to the US Attorney did Michael Moseman recieve a nomination and Federal Judgeship, Not until I went to Mark Haas at KATU did he become elected to political office, Not until I went to Jan Wyers, Attorney at Law did he become a elected Judge, Not until I went to, and went to and there are others did these individual recieve merit or reward. I am being sold down the river like 1736 was the present Century but it is not just me it is our way of life. Power corrupts and these men have been given the power. The FBI has the fund to by anyone whom is not already bought. I myself am bought in paid for by the precious blood of Jesus Christ and I have evidence and I am presently living in a town where the Oregon Bar Association has barred me from thier offices are using thier Services...JUSTICE DENIED this should sound very familiar to all of us. I am barred from going to the US Attorney's Office or even the Federal Building in Downtown Portland Oregon...All Federal Agency which have a fuduciary responsibility to assist a United States Citizen I am for no reason or cause prohibited from entering. The FBI has prohibited and obstructed my every effort and this is truth I can provided evidence to support. Are you wondering what steps I have taken to combats this harm, well I filed a written letter of complaint with the Attorney General In Oregon the charges: Public Corruption, Breach of Trust, Conspiracy and Obstruction...I have not recieved any reply 10 months later and was told that's fine, I shouldn't so what we have here is a United States Citzen Barred from Public/Federal Office and given no recourse or explaination. So, is it a Black thang or a show of power gone terrible bad thang? Power gone bad, the FBI can buy anyone or just criminally set you up and then lies you in to submission. I am blogging like crazy and although grammatically I am hampered by a third party and stress, the truth is loud and clear. These men work for the Federal Bureau of Investigations, they have committed hienous crimes, hired ex-convicts to attack, and delivered drugs. America, Law Enforcement in our Country has a side business crime. Law Enforcement employees are pimping the authority we bestowed upon them to the highest bidder and using threats and physical attack to block all opposition. People are afraid it is even said "I dont want to end up like Belinda Jackson." I, Belinda Jackson, am actually used as a scare tactic by my very attackers, can you even believe it? The question, when did idiots come into power and what happen to real Men? I know everyone has a price, my own was the precious blood of Jesus Christ, but my God is the number of righteous men and women; me and me alone...this is lunacy and I am afraid the threat has forced my hand, I must step out on Faith alone with God bring down these fools because there is not one man to take up the battle of justice and liberty for all(Given it is Daunting). This is not hard for me because the plan has already been discerned. The act is peace and intellect. I have been saying for sometime there is no way these fools can eliminate or stop me, because they are halfwits, I by virtue of intelligence and faith alone have undone thier every attack against me. So, all I need you Men to do since you're refusing to step up and fightis do your job when I walk into your office with evidence of conspiracy and obstruction of justice. Do not allow the white or black skin of another send you down the path of known criminal. Fight for the reason we have a Veteran Affair Administration...do not let the dead soldiers die in vain by protecting the very tierny and depravity they traveled to foreign soil fighting against. Senator Wyden and Senator Smith along with others to date have utterly puked on every dead soldier which fought on foreign soil, for a favor, deal, even to protect thier own stupidity or known embarrasments (Remember David Wu, I went to his office too how ironic). A deal was made which completely shits on a life, an American life which was given to protect our liberty. And if you can't my fellow Americans it's okay, Hitler happened once and every thing comes back...but I would hope your Fathers' mistakes were not your own...utter redundancy. This I must share with you guys simply because it is a testament to the unrelenting ignorance I am facing. I, Belinda D. Jackson, received a letter from Rust Consulting concerning a discovery Qwest Inc. "The Spirt of dis-service." had made. Qwest discovered, they were over-charging Mutlnomah County Customer on the tax portion of our bill. This letter did not catch me by surprise because I lodged a complaint with the Public Utillity Commission (Salem,OR) about this very issue. The letter was received in late January of 2004 and sent back less than a week later being quite poor and hampered as I am by the weak minds of men. I even being aware of such vile nature as FBI Employees sent the letter via US Postal mail with online tracking. But did this deter the fools from attempting to block my payment no, a resounding no, a Fool cannot be stopped I have unadulterated proof...NO A FOOL WILL BE PROVEN A FOOL UNTIL THE BITTER AND FIRE FILLED END. So, The arguement began in March 2005 and was cleared up in May 2005. The Arguement was, Ms. Jackson we never received you claim form and then it changed to Ms. Jackson we received your claim form to late...And then I filed a complaint with The Attorney General -Consumer Protection and the Public Utility Commission as well as presenting a Tracking notice which proved all things. Qwest all of a sudden knew who Rust Consulting out of Minneappolis was they even knew about the refund check every thing was Pie in the Sky with Brad Pitt. The Rust Consutling representative informed me in July 2005 the check were being sent out before the end of Summer and I was in like skin. She even said my Form was being processed. So, I called today and got the run around from the mentally impaired FBI official whom honestly believe thier ignorance has an affect...it so desperate they cream on themselves to think my blood pressure went up, cause I going to have a Stroke or a Heartattack. Do you feel me out there, they are mentally retareded, I talking clinically here. All this was settled and yet today Jen in Idaho Id. no. 3840 and David ID DXRENO contacted Scott and Betina in Colarado and I was not getting a check and Scott said If I did it would be under 1.00. now people why is the FBI stealing my money? I tell you why it because me and money are more deadly than their stupidity. I send things Certified mail which can be track, I could contact a rental agency and get a car to drive to Salem where the Attorney General would have to deal with my face. This all started in California and without hesitation I boarded a plane for Oregon. Money, makes the field level and that is admitted failure in Federal Intelligence terms...These idiot cannot compete this is why Civil Liberties have to be eroded and Why I Belinda Jackson am utterly and completely surveilled 24 hour and 7 days a week--Guy right now through illegal means at a Public Library my Blog is being illegal veiwed and altered. I takes this not as an overwhelming feat, but utter admission "That I am the best" and these men working for our Federal Government Law Enforcement need desperately to be released from thier utter misery and failure. It's Personal September 1, 2005 When someone Commit Sexual Assault against you countless time (Rape) it is personal. A personal statement about you and the individual or group whom has deemed Rape acceptable. It's a personal statement which cannot be denied. This condition or character stick with you for decades even Centuries. At Grant High School, I was taught the Pilgrim gave blanket contaminated with small pox to the very Indians who taught them how to survive. Yet, another personal statment which speaks volume about the character and morality of Pilgrims. Yes, a personal statment is something which can only be change through forthright behavior, prayer and understanding. A personal statement about your character is so very intricate with regard to how you even conduct yourself in the presence of others. What is this personal statement I make about myself it is humble and plain; "I am a servant and child of God." "What I accomplish is not of me or my will but of prayer, understanding and Gods' will, which is mine by choice". The statement concerning the Federal Bureau of Investigation is also humble and plain; " These men are lost in darkness which breeds meekness and depravity." " They have excercised the will God has given them by choice." The simple nature of my statement come from my Heart and not mind. God is in my Heart and he is all knowing, so before I can sputter an obcenity or disparaging word, God has weighed the affect and decided a Fool is destroyed not mocked or insulted. This is the fate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation as an Agency our Government upon review will seek to destroy it and start anew. This of faith I have in God. I cannot even believe thier actions ongoing against me and my Family will go unpunished nor would truth be so bastardized as too let these men walk away unscathe. So, Whom is behinds this harm?

Hey, I just need one honest and courageous Law Enforcement official and this quest of mine which is more than 10 year old. It is hectic and dangerous from day to day I simply do not know. Basically, Y'all I cannot call this sequence of events. Does anyone care about the fact in my humble yet genuine opinion it seems Law Enforcement has/is attacking us with a coup attempt from hell. So, for 10 years me and my Family have undergone this massive attack which include action which shock and amaze and for 10 years Rogue Law Enforcement official are able to undermine my effort. No, this is a culture of corruption and the harm is not isolated it pervasive without regard are intelligence. These men are simply acting and hoping for the worst in people to come out and protect them from Justice. This is stagering, I am shocked into battle, I will not stop because living on my knees within these United States is just about the only thing as unbearable as the sight of greed. This is going on in front of everyone and they turn tell and run or take the money the do not deserve or position they cannont deserve. Okay it started with US Attorney Kris Olson, and she allowed Charles W. Stuckey to conspire with FBI official and cover up criminal misconduct by Dept. of Justice Official. (Michael Moseman continued the cover-up during his tenure in the US attorneys Office) I literally had daunting/indefensible evidence which proved FBI/Secret Service official used thier badges to obstruct not only an Federal Agency investigations but they went in to the United States District Court of California and literally stopped the process of a judicial Lawsuit and this is common practice. I went to KATU and KGW with documents which proved the US Attorneys office were participating in a Rogue Cover up to protect US Department of Justice employees and both Stations refused to report the story because it was of National importance not local...Reporter Mark Haas at KATU whom read a document that I handed to him which proved my allegations kept the document and refused to speak to me again, the next time I went to KATU a guy in a suit met me at the door and threatened to call the Police; when I told him too please do it he disappeared. The door was locked with me on the outside. Yes, remember soon after this Reporter Mark Haas became House Representative and KATU never answered any letters, Fax, or call on the subject again...I alway wondered why the National broadcast called the affilates a bunch of idiots but now I know these jerk are making deal after deal after deal to allow this devestating harm to continue...Now let us talk The Oregonian, I want to name Jeff Mapes and Maxine Bernstien. I gave both of them evidence which proved Vera Katz and Sen. Wyden were participating Conspiracy, Obstruction, and Corruption but they said it wasnt a print story, but more of a network thing...Yes then in 2000 whatever year just a few years later some editor got a job with the New York Times and then the almighty Pulizter...listen I dare anyone who I am calling an outright conspirator to file charges for slander or even attempt to file a Law suit. But they want and cant cause the big bad FBI is going to stop Belinda Jackson, for them what utter hogwash.. The FBI is going to be corrected by the Department of Justice at some point before I am 40 years old in less than 23 days and then all these little idiot whom thought they were making a deal in the dark that everyone does is going to see my life, you know Belinda Jackson whom committed no crime, my little life is going to be spared the ignorance of greedy men. Men whom think giving anyone "card blanche" which they have given these Rogue Law Enforcement is ever going to solve anything. The bottom line is quite simply the FBI/Secret Service are embarassed by Belinda Jackson and the only reason they have not pull the trigger is too much evidence point dead at them.
