The Rapist has returned!!! If you can remember a few Blogs ago I communicated a tactics FBI officials were using rape as a weapon and then taunting me with the Rapist in broad daylight. Date rape explains how this could happen. I was unconcious when these (and I must say These) sexual assaults occurred but a triggering of my memory I became to realize I was being drugged and sexual assaulted i.e RAPE. Well, the FBI has been attempting to cause me emotional distress by taunting and harrassing with these Rapist; one in particular is a Black male whom actually allowed a White male to STAND OVER HIM WHILE HE SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ME BACK IN 1998 and from that date to this even though the incident was reported to the Police and FBI Special Agents have ridiculed me and my family with thier actions this same guy has been placed in my presence each and everytime the FBI realize they are done for the only way out is by attempting to cause emotionally duress to undermind my creditability. So, this Rapist is unleashed on me like a dog with rabies. I cursed the fools out, I embarrassed him with insults, and I alerted the correct Law Enforcement authourities, but as we know Law Enforcement is the guilty party so my efforts have been obstructed. Thursday, September 15, 2005, Once again this Rapist was unleashed on me, but no big deal because I know their intent and am just going to ignore this lost soul. Unfortunately, this idiots pants were hanging down and his hand was firmly up his but so I lost it and called him every Rapist fools I could speak...guess what he went to his Mother whom this 25 year old loser lives with and they supposedly went to my Mother and threatened her...These worthless individuals had the nerve to say they would have me picked up and the Rapist would physically slug me if I ever called him a Rapist again. When I said I dare the fools to think it the FBI plugged (i.e. she has a wire device on and is told what to say on the daily)-- into my Mother being told what to say and all of a sudden she was, I might lose my place, you are not on the lease and I am not going to lose my place. I said Mom are they threatening you and she like, NO, NO, she change her position escalating to "If you ever say anything to that 25 year old living with his Mother again, I will pack your shit and sit it outside" I said "Mom, are you threatening me and she said, "NO" this is a promise" end quote....I said MOM this seems awful harsh this guy is a Rapist, and she started denying he was a Rapist, because he's never been to her house without Donta (relative) or her being there and I said" Mom what do you know of this, how can you deny it." she said, nothing --did not open her mouth...I said Mom a blood test will prove I am being drugged and rape is occuring. and she said...I will pay for the blood test...Now how is a woman whom didn't have 2 dollars in bus fare going to pay for an extensive blood test which reveals what drugs are in your systems as well as a Hair test which goes back 10 years...The FBI had her wired and they are trying to shut me up so they had my Mother, threaten me with homelessness, when I told her point blank, this 25 year old black loser did it and I am going to call him a rapist every single time he harasses me. she change her position and all of a sudden she was, I might lose my place, you are not on the lease and I am not goig to lose my place. I said Mom are they threatening you and she like, NO, NO, and all of a sudden were back to threaten me again because I called a person she knows for a fact Sexually Assualted me a rapist...And once again I was thrown out and she will give me back the 100.00 I just handed her not 10 minutes earlier. Funny, my Mom eluded to that 100.00 several times and giving it back but never produced it to give. another funny thing is I arrived home at 7:54pm and she did not decided to have this conversation until 11:25pm after eating food I brought her home. Plus can you believe this 25 year old man whom is a rapist came to my Mother house with his Mother to complain about me concerning something that happened in 1998 and has always occurred? The FBI gave me more proof yesterday and the Rapist will be called a Rapist until the indictments are handed down and every black man in this Country is told what his black worthless as did for White men, whom Sexually Assaulted me before he ever did and only allowed him to rape because they were feeling like the rapist white men have always been described as...the FBI is only using this dumb black man to mask the fact they sexually assaulted me back in 1997 first not blacks not mexicans but White men

I can hardly believe I mailed a letter in February of 2005 concerning Public Corruption by a Public Agency and Employees and as of September 2005 I have not recieved any response whatsoever from the Department of Justice in Salem, Oregon. I mean the letter stated facts and had evidence of criminal action including but not limited to Obstruction of Justice, Conspiracy, Breach of Trust, Fruad and bribery yet Hardy Myers's Folks havent' found it necessary to send a letter or speak with me, Belinda Jackson, of Portland Oregon. This is quite suspicous don't you think? I have given employees name and Penal Code violation as well as Civil Liberty intrusion and violation yet not one Department of Justice official in Salem Oregon as contacted me, Belinda Jackson, or mailed a letter in response and this isnt just any State Agency it the Oregon Employment Department not how many dollars do they oversee per year yet corruption in thier ranks is not relevant enought to investigate or contact a injured party. Do you at all wonder what happens when I follow up on my correspondence well I am harrassed, screamed at, denied access, and alway transfered to someone by the name of Holly, who everyone seem to think is expendable because I filed a charge of obstruction of justice and misconduct with the Portland State Police and Marion County District Attorney against her, and guess what these entity stated about my complaint..."I have no jurisdiction" yes they did so it is corruption at the top against Belinda Jackson, but is it really against me or has these individuals given shameful council cutting off many and sinning against thier very souls...not my senitment that ending statment came straight from the bible. I am willing to admit this is completely about foolery and ego (although I would hope the acts I have survived would have been actions of some great importance other than, "I dont want to face the consequence of my own stupidity, which is what the FBI is trying to avoid.") The fact anyone would allow another human being to control them to the point they are willing and incapable of controlling themselves to the extent of relinqinshing thier own right and safety these individuals are fools. A person whom would ask or intimidate another for the sole right of harm and revenge is an ego maniac. But, this is going on and as ignorant and worthless as the behavior certainly is FBI Special Agents have no shortage of willing operatives to -sic- i.e. unleash on me like dogs. The incidences I will discuss in this blog concern rape and emotional distress. How to begin, in the mind of my Government perpetrating such harm. The FBI is Federally funded and without integrity or understanding the FBI exist. I dont know who's bright idea it was but within the FBI and Secret Service it was decided to gain revenge and destroy, me, Belinda Jackson, by drugging, rape, and then taunting all to achieve emotional distress to the point of despair or rage. This is the God's honest truth these men made this decision. They would rather destroy me and the truth instead of fix thier very broken organization. So, on Wednesday, September 07, 2005, utilizing Tri-met Bus 1433 Line 19 to Woodstock the FBI placed a Rapist on the bus. I have made a habit of taking the Woodstock Bus. But, what you must understanding here is FBI Special Agents have taken great pains to present this premeditated behavior of torture and taunt as coincidence. As if this rapist just happened to be on the same bus and living in the same Apartment complex I presently reside (It just happened out of sheer accident). Now it does not make sense in life something like this could just happened, men or cruel life is a willing participant. Further it is easily proven to be an outright scam and ghastly targeting harmful act perpetrated by FBI official for the insane reason of revenge. Yet, they have taken steps to make it look as if this person I reported to as a rapist to everyone whom would listen just happened to accidently be in my present each and everytime the FBI is looking as guilty as a cat in a bird cage. I was living in this complex by force and circumstance not at all by choice and yes it was AFTER I had already moved in this Rapist moved to the Apartment and has made a habit of knocking on my door for what ever reason once this psycho knocked on my door at 1:22am in the morning getting a 63 year old woman out of bed to deliver drugs are harrass for the FBI. This same person just coincidently takes the same bus I am taking whenever these Rogue FBI Agents are embarass or force to face the reality not only am I, Belinda Jackson, not going away but that I will be bring them to justice. Now this rape was reported to the Police and the Department of justice, in an effort to shut my LOUD demand of "drug test me" and you will find out the truth, I was falsely arrested for domestic violence; the accuser were two convicted felons. I was also taken to a crisis center during a fraudulent eviction, because my Mother told a Portland Police officer I told her I was sexually assaulted. Yes, Portland finest attempted to make me deny the charge by saying I would be taken in to police custody for psychiatric evaluation. I didnt bring up I had been raped at all during this fruadulent eviction/restraning order a Portland Police Officer had a private door shut coversation alone with my Mother and no one else, and then came out why I was gathering my things she said put on the handcuffs. Yes, in America these idiot hung themselves with premediatation and conspiracy. The FBI/Secret Service honestly believe they are above the law. The guise is we the FBI are perpetrating this crime and we are not going to arrest our- selves. NOW when certain Media or Special Investigators say it been 10 years it's time to reports this devestating attack on a United States Citizen, these Rogue Agents bring out this rapist an taunt me with a ha ha ha were getting a way with this and here is a rapist to prove it. I have had my home carved with racist words, I have been hit in the face and spit on and each time Portland Oregon Police refuse to investigate, but every time I am attack it alway after I filed charges against some fool whom allowed FBI official to bribe them into some known offense. Like the Employer (Adecco) whom fired me because William Treceder, General Council for the FBI Portland Oregon Office called Cindy Springer and told her I, Belinda Jackson, was harassing the FBI and If I ever arrived at the Portland office of the FBI I would be arrested...complete lie I am not harassing the FBI I am embarassing the FBI and making them look like the halfwits thier Daddy's had to be. Now, I have to work for minmum wage. I am even prohibited from entering any Oregon Employement Division Office, that show this effort is being facilitating for these loser FBI agents. The question is screaming from my blogging view public why are you prohibited from the Oregon Employment Division? and the answer is so De'drae Cottrell could be promoted to Regional Manager. I was working at Infotek in Beaverton Oregon and out of the blue I recieved a letter from Dedrae Cottrell whom stated I was prohibited from entering Oregon Emp. Offices all office in Oregon. NO recourse, No appeal nothing the FBI thought we got her she will have to work fast food or be a maid but I, Belinda Jackson, have skills and have been niether so what does the FBI do, they lower the wages in office jobs to $8.00 now I have access to all sort of private personal information for $8.00 per hours. These men are fools and they are used for foolery.

I know we expected more out of ourselves and Our Authorities. I know not one of you could believe men would be this halfwited as to create thier own Government within America (Lon Mabon, David Gesh); to create and send fraudulent Goverment documents on US Department of Justice Lettterhead, IRS Letterhead, FBI Letterhead and this especially as Employees of these very Federal entities as well as other Organizations with no Athourity whatsoever. But this is their strategy the FBI and Law Enforcement Community intend too attack us with the unconcievable to take us to the place of starting all over because who wants to start over again. If you have one monicum of understanding you see my point, These men are preying upon your intelligence just like they attempted to prey upon my weakness, which was not weak at all. The fact is after I went to the Oregonian Newspaper and not until did they recieve a Pulitzer in 30 years, Not until I went to the US Attorney did Michael Moseman recieve a nomination and Federal Judgeship, Not until I went to Mark Haas at KATU did he become elected to political office, Not until I went to Jan Wyers, Attorney at Law did he become a elected Judge, Not until I went to, and went to and there are others did these individual recieve merit or reward. I am being sold down the river like 1736 was the present Century but it is not just me it is our way of life. Power corrupts and these men have been given the power. The FBI has the fund to by anyone whom is not already bought. I myself am bought in paid for by the precious blood of Jesus Christ and I have evidence and I am presently living in a town where the Oregon Bar Association has barred me from thier offices are using thier Services...JUSTICE DENIED this should sound very familiar to all of us. I am barred from going to the US Attorney's Office or even the Federal Building in Downtown Portland Oregon...All Federal Agency which have a fuduciary responsibility to assist a United States Citizen I am for no reason or cause prohibited from entering. The FBI has prohibited and obstructed my every effort and this is truth I can provided evidence to support. Are you wondering what steps I have taken to combats this harm, well I filed a written letter of complaint with the Attorney General In Oregon the charges: Public Corruption, Breach of Trust, Conspiracy and Obstruction...I have not recieved any reply 10 months later and was told that's fine, I shouldn't so what we have here is a United States Citzen Barred from Public/Federal Office and given no recourse or explaination. These men work for the Federal Bureau of Investigations, they have committed hienous crimes, hired ex-convicts to attack, and delivered drugs. America, Law Enforcement in our Country has a side business crime. Law Enforcement employees are pimping the authority we bestowed upon them to the highest bidder and using threats and physical attack to block all opposition. People are afraid it is even said "I dont want to end up like Belinda Jackson." I, Belinda Jackson, am actually used as a scare tactic by my very attackers, can you even believe it? The question, when did idiots come into power and what happen to real Men? I know everyone has a price, my own was the precious blood of Jesus Christ, but my God is the number of righteous men and women; me and me alone...this is lunacy and I am afraid the threat has forced my hand, I must step out on Faith alone with God bring down these fools because there is not one man to take up the battle of justice and liberty for all(Given it is Daunting). This is not hard for me because the plan has already been discerned. The act is peace and intellect.
