I am way to Political for my on good, not that I would ever attempt to be an Elected Officials. I am a Christian and it pains me to no end my veiws and Faith place me firmly on the same side as Justice Scalia and Roberts but I beleive Assisted Suicide is very Wrong. I don't have an Attorney because the Attorney General and US Attorney are aware Every reputable Law Firm has a Criminal division and Americans they are making deals on our back...I walked in to the now defunct Rieke & Savage and spoke with Bill Savage after I told him the hold story back in 1998 he took my case, the evidence was that overwhelming the acts against me were so inept and such bafoonery...I mean the FBI actually sent document from a Civil Trial I had never attend and attempted to hold it in Absentia based on thier own Legal Penal Code, cause it certianly wasnt The American Penal Code or Civil Procedure...but less than a day later after I signed the contract to have Rieke & Savage represent me; Mr. Bill Savage disappeared and in Walks Angela Hart and Ms. Hart decline my case, I asked about the signed contracts and she literally dramatically bent her head over to the deep right, stuck out her lips and shook her head and then shut the door in my face....So you see I will never get an Attorney because the small timer take the bribe and the large one make millions off the Attorney Generals and US Attorney corruption...Did I mention a Don Balk Prohibited me from ever entering the Hatfield Justice Building. I mean he literally ran my Driver Liscense and stated..."You're not allowed. based on a Memo for Karin Immergut...When I called the US Attoney in Portland Oregon, I was disconnected and told I could not speak to anyone in the Office, my letter have not been answered and the ACLU stated they will not help me they only help people in Jail....Do you see what is possible in the Land of FAllacy and Corruption...America means nothing under the Bush Administration and I am so confused about Why a man could love God one day and the next sign off on the Harm me and my family is enduring. Blogging veiwing public, you have my permission to question the worth of psychiatry. I am proof these men in women of this profession are a fragile bunch whom practice for the most irresponsible of motives. Do, you honestly believe the Federal Bureau of Investigation chose this route of harm on thier own? The one thing good I can say about the Federal Bureau of Investigation is they have no problem with seeking other professionals and expert to succeed, not that it always happen...Not to be bitter but I honestly cant think of one success story the FBI has accomplished...Maybe I am bitter.... But this is what I must share, the FBI are at present utlizing Psychology as a weapon of attack against me and I mean the entire gamut of functions: Isolation, Powerlessness, Torture, and Aggression. The goals is to break me through depravity, hence the drugging and Sexual Abuse and the AIDS/HIV infection plan; they also hope to cause so much anger through deprivation of rights and attack that a breakdown or illness corrects thier wrong...THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVEABLE...Who in the Hell conciously rely on a Heart Attack or Stroke; The FBI does...I just want to provide documentation of a conversation I had with Jarret Gart, General Council of the Portland Field Office of the FBI today: Hello, Mr. Gart, My name is Belinda Jackson, and I spoke with you about a week and a half ago about the Clackamas Sheriff Office concerning violation of my Civil Rights. Mr. Gart: Yes. Belinda: Well I have more Evidence. Mr. Gart: What. Belinda: I wanted to add evidence to my complaint. Which is I have not received a letter declining my complaint against Deputy Sheriff Jason Nall. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Well that has nothing to do with us. Belinda: Well, I was not given another option to file my complaint just over the telephone, and I asked for a written response and it hasnt been recieved. I believe this is not policy or procedure and my complaint with the Clackamas County Sheriff office in being obstructed. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Well, what do you want me to do. Belinda: Take the evidence. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: That not Evidence it an opinion. Belinda: Mr. Gart are you feeling okay? Mr Jarret Gart FBI: Yes I am fine. Belinda: Well I am providing Evidence, are you aware of FBI Policy and procedure? Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: NO, Belinda do you know FBI Policy and procedure? Belinda: Yes, when evidence is provided FBI employee should accept it and act upon it. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Well. Belinda Jackson: Are you okay? Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: I am writing it down now go head. (at this point I repeat the fact the Clackamas County Sheriff has failed to send a letter declining my complaint against Deputy Sheriff Jason Nall, and further state, I was not given another option to lodge a complaint and I believe the over the telephone method alone is obstruction. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Have you got a lawyer. You need to talk to your lawyer. Belinda: Mr. Gart do I need to a Lawyer to file a criminal complaint. Mr. Jarret Gart: NO. Belinda: Mr. Gart, I have filed two complaint with the Portland Oregon FBI both with you and Mr. Dan Nielsen, and nothing has been done on either complaints. Mr. Gart are you participating in Obstruction of Justice and Criminal Conspiracy? Mr. Jarret Gart FBI General Council: With who? Belinda: With the individuals in your Office I filed a complaint with the United States Department of Justice/Office of Inspector General. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: Do you have a lawyer Belinda: Mr. Gart this is not a game and I have disclose this to you several times. May I speak with your Superior because you are not assisting me and I beleive you are participating in criminal action. I need to speak with your direct Supervisor. Mr. Jarret Gart FBI: That is not going to happen. Belinda: Are you denying me access to your direct Supervisor. Mr. Jarret Gart: I have other calls goodbye. See, FBI Officials are actively attempting to behave in the most ghastly manner breaking all reasonable methods of assistant and understanding. This is no holds bar against one woman in the hopes of causing some sort of mental breakdown whether it is violence against other or myself...the perpetration here is psychological because the behavior is outright belligerent....the field is not level but if I participate in the method Mr. Jarret Gart and the FBI special Agents whom are attacking me act...If I dare act in kind the FBI and Mr. Jarret Gart, Chief Division General Council immediately, without a moments hesitation run back behind thier position and badges and "SCREAM FROM THE TOP OF THIER LUNGS, "SHE BROKE THE LAW", BELINDA JACKSON BROKE THE LAW." "ARREST HER ARREST HER, SHE BROKE THE LAW." And I dont for one second believe anyone will take a moment and say...WELL YOU AT THE FBI HAVE BEEN BREAKING THE LAW FOR 10 YEARS." No, what would happen is I would be arrested and the FBI in their utter and complete madness would celebrate...This is more than anyone can stand, and I am Sick and tired of being sick and tire to quote Fannie Mae Hammer...But I detest the thing the FBI is, and to become the thing you detest is pure foolishness.. Yes, I had a conversation with Jarret Gart, Chief Division General Council of the FBI today and throughout the conversation his whole purpose was to ignite some sort of rage, instigate some sort of screaming match, just so he could say, I was Crazy....But I have never asked anyone to drug and Sexually abuse the FBI, so who is really crazy....I know, please let me answer this one question before I walk out of this PSU Library where I have been threatened with exclusion because an FBI Operative went and told the Reference Staff I was making Racial remarks against the FBI....Campus Police Officer Smeltz, gave me a warning and so did Ms. Wu the reference Librarian...based on this mans word alone.....I mean she was less than 20 feet away, I had just walked away from her, If Ms. Wu would have just turned around she would have been looking straight into my face, but no she warned me and me alone....But anyway the FBI has the ability of manipulation and lies used on unsuspecting people to partake in whatever. So, threatening me with exclusion based on a lie is nothing new, they raped me to shut me up; lies are par for the course, but before I walk out of this Place of Higher Education...ha ha ha let me just anwer the question who is really crazy is it me or the FBI....I say it is all those Professional advising the Federal Bureau of Investigation, The must be utterly crazy to risk thier professional creditial to protect pure failure which is what the FBI is PURE FAILURE. Blogging Viewing public, I do not know if you are following the Confirmation hearing for Supreme Court Justice Nominee- Judge Samuel Alito. I am because it is so very important. What I am saying is in the midst of utter confusion, Pain, Harm, and chaos I can still see clearly knowing beyond a doubt this nominee is why FBI official can obstruct justice, bribe anyone whom will listen and undermine the constitution of these United States. I watch in utter hilarity because it is so obvious to me Judge Alito is not the man for the job, he not a bad man,although selective memory has never been an honest or good method or course, but as a matter of fact he is the perfect employee. What I am saying is he does not lead, but Judge Alito follows, all directions and loyalties...He is possessed of a trait tyrants love, BLIND LOYALTY....Judge Alito, will never question or descent without specific instruction from a tyrant he is loyal to. This is the political climate we are living in; Why I, Belinda Jackson am being drugged and sexually abused as a method of torture and control and not one United State Department of Justice Employee would request or require a hair sample of blood test...Truth is not hard for me,Belinda Jackson...I can accept the truth. The text through some manipulated without permission embedded programming is being blocked from appearing. How, I don's know, but I have tried everything to reveal the text in the "TAUNT" post and the text will not appear. So I had to cut and paste it at the bottom of this post. This entry was made at the Clackamas Library in Clackmas Oregon over by the Clackamas Town Center.....You all just dont know how dumb folks are....I mean if we could bottle this dumbness and pour it out on our enemy boy would we have control wrapped up. So, what does this now mean my Blogging public....what was contained in my blog last Friday was more than the Rogue Criminals within the Federal Bureau of Investigation in thier Cronies could handle....Now it started off with and email address from this Win Burch...And how Win Burch got in the title would be more manipulation....the email address started off taunts at where-ever dot com.....So we know my email is manipulated and the email address I posted was illegally blocked by Rogue FBI Agents for a reason we dont know...But basically the entry on Friday details a call I made to This Division Chief General Council Jarret Garth of the Portland Oregon Field Office concerning a criminal Complaint I am lodging against Deputy Sheriff Jason Nall and his Sargent Steve Theurle....Violation of my Civil Rights,Conspiracy and a host of other criminal infractions.....And a Call I made to Eugene Oregon Local office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation which was handled my Virgin Mobile USA to the office which a Secretary informed me all the individual whom where employed at the Eugene Oregon FBI were on vacation and only she, was in the office and she refused to idenitfy herself....IT SO THICK YOU ALL, but this is the power of Good Judgement over the mind of a fool, and ex-con fools.....So, I believe the FBI doesnt want my blogging public to know about Mr. Jarret Garth, Division Chief General Council of the FBI Portland Office and his handling of my call on Friday, December 30, 2005, because he is possibly a part of the Criminal Obstruction of Justice and crime the FBI Portland Office is perpetrating against my family....But the question for me is after I logged out and brought up a different page on my computer at the Clackamas County public library, how did someone else go in and ALTER MY BLOG? Jackson, could only speak with the Division Chief General Council and no one else in the office and then this utter and complete loser tried to instigate and aruguement to disconnect the call which was a tactic he utilize throughout the entire call in which I filed a criminal charge of Violation of Civil Rights, Due Process and Equal Protection under the Law....But you know I filed a public corruption complaint with Mr. Jarret and Mr. Nielsen about 4 mouth ago that has gone no where....Now everyone knows you do not piss where you must lay....But when you are force fed dog shit on the daily it is impossible for understanding to penetrate.......I like this word penetrate.....it means to break beyond the surface to go inside and reveal the inners...I am inside the FBI because knowing Mr. Division Chief was a joke, I called Virgin Mobile USA Pre-paid directory assistance and requested to be transferred the the Eugene Office of the FBI and when the Directory assistance operator connected me guess what ...the entire office of the Eugene FBI office was on vacation and only the Secretary was available whom whold not give me her name....I AM SO INSIDE THE BEAST AND IT JUST MUST NOT BE COMFORTABLE BECAUSE JUDGEMENT IS NOT AT ALL PRESENT....SHOCK AND REACTION IS THE DAY........ But I definitely left a message at the EUGENE OFFICE OF THE Federal Bureau or Investigation....I mean they are suicidal and without good judgement. I on the other hand am estactic and in complete joy......The Clackamas Sheriff office what utter fools.....Sgt. Steve Theurle and Deputy Sherrif Jason Nall filed an interal affairs complaint on this day for Tri-Met incident.....I might be murdered Y'all because I certainly made the Division Chief look like a complete idiot and the entire office was on vacation oh well dog shit must be all the FBI is accustom too.....Can you honestly believe these idiot have just be let loose on me like mad rabies infected dogs...The FBI in Portland Oregon and now Eugene honestly believe I, Belinda D.
