The audacity of an idiot to feign offense is almost as redundant as a fool being right about anything. This attack against me and my family is the biggest Psychological debacle in the history of time. The fact both my Mother and Brother were and are being place and severe and unfogiving tumoil and conflict is just a slight reflection on thier deprave indifference. These idiot FBI and Federal Law Enforcement Agents simply do not and cannot care; It's a job that has gone horrificly wrong based on thier own incompetence and utter stupidity...In your right mind do your ever consider Rape as a tool...but these fools not only considered they executed and then used the act as a taunt and torture tool...Because Psychiatry said...Yes Psychiatry said, I would be so devestated my letter and request would be halted...FOOL. Now my Mother is in the Hospital hopelessly lost in the pretense of you better believe me Belinda...The entire fiasco is a hoax and if they would have been able to manipulate some sort of reaction out of me other than laughter and ridicule my Mother would be home...But she does care last time I was thier she was still working for the Rogue Federal Agent and getting the best drugs ever...Deprave Indifference on both thier parts...Then thier my Brother, James Donald Jackson he is incarcerated at Snake River Correction Institution for Sexual Assault and somehow he got a hold of the some information which stated the DNA evidence used against him at trial was fruadulent and did not and could not have been used to convict him...Well the Judge Kantors Office in the Multnomah County Court House was joke and I mean this to the fullest...This is some sort of ploy to keep introduceing Rape into my life; I guess the Psychiatrist believe Rape is the catch all magic potion to solve Corruption....The judge didnt seem to care the DNA evidence had been destroyed in the case and made a decision to deny the potion after he stated out loud in open court he did not know about the Law itself...I guess and Appeal will bail him out but that so unfair since my Brother as been trying to get this heard since 2001....Yes the entire head is Rotten...I stuck on stupid with these fool....Guess What the State of Oregon has decide to deny my Employment Benefits..so I have not job, a brother bring up Sexual Assault, a Mother in the Hospital faking but getting really good dope and finally a contant concert of Rape, Rape, Rape...Quack central has had ample opportunity at Belinda Jackson, do these fools ever realize are am I going to have to be murdered before the big..OOPS resounds.

The scenarios goes like this…Supposedly it is the holidays and if we apply pressure Belinda Jackson will break. Everyone has a breaking point….If these guys are professionals I would appreciate the hell out them starting to act like professionals…I am dealing with a bunch of mental patients and it is just all so pathetic…And of course not one United States Department of Justice Special Investigator has spoken or reached out to me as well Special Agent In Charge Dave Ian Miller is not even on speaking terms with Belinda Jackson if you allow Mr. Jared Garth, Division Council to be the coordinator of end to this 14 year attack against a United States Citizen who is innocent and has never committed a crime…Oh what did the idiot do beside drug me with a Drug which alters your mood and cause deep sadness…Yes they did in a hospital setting attempting to cause an emotional Episode with my so called ailing elderly Mother…They have no shame when they are devastated…At first I thought it was medicare grab you know end of year rack up the charge with test (Rogue Feds milk every aspect of the informants/Operative resources)…The woman has had every stomach test she could have…supposedly she hasn’t eaten for three days…but for some reason she wearing a wire device (Inside the Hospital) and is fully alert to participate in operation “ Make Belinda Jackson Suicidal during the Holidays"…. (I know how could a Mother) (But I am more like How Could a Government) if they are Professionals why do they not recognize their caught and change their tactics? I know, please let me, I know let me say…Because every single one of these people are ego controlled loons…They are Mental Patient…I am looking straight at you and I know your next move and just like a little fools you do it anyway. These Rogue FBI and Secret Service fools have no regard for the Constitution or the Penal Code it’s a reckless free for all and I am so tired of suffering these fools….It’s the Holiday and my Mother’s in the Hospital with an undiagnosed illness, and my Benefits were wrongly denied, and I just got turned down for a great job at netflix, this is their scenario…I am supposed to kill myself over these minor setback…NOT GOING TO HAPPEN…If drugging and rape then taunting did not lead me to suicidal tendency it’s not going to happen….The entire fiasco is just laughable…These professionals are failures in disguise if you ask me….I am fine with my situation because I fully expect to be vindicated and these lunatics are devastated their secret weapon had no affect on me or my family(which donot know who's side thier on)…We Love each other and this is why they have them in wire devices feeding them absolutely severe and malicious dialogue to say to me hoping to cause some sort of emotional altercation or volatile behavior…PSYCHOLOGY IS A JOKE and PSYCHIATRIST ARE USELESS… This may hurt your feeling but then you are the damned fool whom attacked and innocent person of accolades and merit you do not deserve…If Belinda Jackson dies it is murder by United States Rogue Federal Agents…Loser…how pitiful is Legacy Emanuel and Good Samaritan…Corruption can careless about your

Wow, Can you even believe I, Belinda Jackson, am still dealing with this dilemma of corruption, ignorance, ego, greed, and insanity. When does man stop proving God? Man is Vile, loves darkness, and continually does evil… When do we ever just get it without having the Shit knocked out of us and then fed back to thru a tube…..Remember the “Writ of Review” I filed against Tri-met based on the bogus Exclusion that was lodged against me back in September 2008? Well guest what happened? I filed my Writ with Multnomah Circuit Court, and not a damned thing was done over 70 days later and my “Writ of Review” went no where no where….I did not receive a letter from the Courts, I did not receive a decision or judgment, I did not receive a damned thing and when I had the audacity to ask why? Nobody was in Civil Calendaring with answers….So I have to go back and they’ll be ready for me then…everyone will be bribed, everyone will be manipulated, and everyone will know who plans on taking the blame when this all blows up in the United States Department of Justice face…..So when will I go back? and will they try to instigate some sort of altercation or disruption like they did on Monday? Now what about Special Agent in Charge Dave Miller….Nothing I am really starting to wonder if the man exist…Anita exist (So called Executive Assistant to the Special Agent In Charge) Jared Garth exist (So called Division Council) But Mr. Miller I am really start to wonder about his existence because he has not called Belinda Jackson, Spoke with Belinda Jackson, or sent in the Calgary to save Belinda Jackson….Does everyone want to know how this could happen….cause I want to tell you…See I almost fell for this my self it is called “Entrapment” These people SAIC Miller, SAIC Jordan and a host of other folks have something criminal or embarrassing they don’t want anyone else to know…the trusted to deeply or believe to completely and now they are mere puppets to be used, fondle, scapegoated and disposed of; the anomaly is Belinda Jackson….I could not be “Entrapped” There was not one threat or human being who could control me so these Rogue FBI idiots and there little Schizophrenic psychological department attempted psychiatric tactics which include drugging and sexually abusing then taunting…Do you know after I was raped these idiot had the rapist leave and article of clothing at my home….I would pick up these article of clothing and wonder who is this…Does it belong to Donta, Victor, Tony, my bothers---no it’s the brilliance of psychiatry defecating inside it’s own mouth…..”Thinking they were wise, they became fools.” I have been irreparable harmed because my strength and understanding escalated their resolve to destroy me by any means necessary and now I must be destroyed in an effort to prove they are sane and this was just an assignment. Belinda Jackson, must die to prove their relevance and guess what these little idiots have no relevance….I am so tired of these ridiculous tactics it pure foolery and effort makes them look insane….Today this librarian pretended to assist me so she literally shove her ass in this elderly guys face…and her Ass was huge, he did say a word….Why because he trying to make the behavior normal….I would called the woman rude and demanded she govern herself more appropriately. This is the sort of tactics I have to endure people acting badly and instead of correction given reward is given attempting to teach behavior as normal…..These little fools actually 13 years later believe they can train me to accept what is just not acceptable….They honestly think the Rape and drugging can be forgotten….The entire reason nothing is being addressed is because these Rogue Federal Agents actually used Rape as a tool of intimidation on domestic soil….I am being abandoned to hide behavior that is still in use…Do you know these lunatic (And believe me that is a compliment to these fools they like to be describe as evil even better) contructed tools of torture in my Mother Apartment where I live; These fools attack me 24 hours a day lost in some fantasy of saturation…YOU ARE A QUACK and that is the God’s honest truth….I am being cut off from every attribute which makes me an American if I was a mute; I would be LOCKED UP, but I have a grasp of the spoken word with such greatness this machine called CORRUPTION has been sent underground and it is 13 years later….Every activity is illegally manipulated…I plan on contacting J Ashlee Albies and I bet she already knows….initially this Attorney was brought to my attention by the National Lawyer Guild, (whom I could not for the life of me contact) so will see….is she really a Civil Rights Attorney or is She a Rogue FBI dog….dying for them every single day to protect her secret of some indiscretion she does not want anyone else to know about….Listen my brother who is in Correctional Facilities tried to Blackmail me when I was 9 year old and this is what I told him…”Come on lets go tell together.” That is the only way to get your life back and get rid of Criminals.

This is me, Belinda Jackson can you even believe I am 43 years old…Yes this would be my age. I have been attacked by Rogue Law Enforcement for 13 years…This Ordeal started April 1995 when I filed an EEOC charge against Drake Capital Securities a Brokerage Firm in Santa Monica California. Mrs. Sandra Ison at the time married to retired Secret Service Employee Bill Ison, threatened me in her office in May 1995 and I quote “We are going to ruin your life and drive you crazy.” Who is "we" Sandra “My Husband is retired Secret Service and his friends.” I honestly believe the woman was nuts…he's retired Secret Service how is the world is he going to risk his retirement because I filed a EEOC discrimination complaint with another Federal Agency….13 years later I am so sorry I laughed at that senile old woman….I wished I would have listened or at least gone into Mr. Joe Di Lillo’s Office and asked him to make this go away…Naturally, I believed foolishly stronger and more sane minds would prevail and someone, somewhere would have talked sense into Sandra who was just jealous of me, my understanding, and reputation of being the best Sales Assistant in the Brokerage firm…Plus I had tons of evidence against Drake Capital and the relationship with a Government Agency…Drake hosted Golf parties for Secret Service Employees every year…and Drake paid all the bill…So not Kosher with the SEC….but Stronger minds did not prevail and I have been harmed….Irreparably if I might add by this madness and my poor family…just WOW they have been used with such disregard I honestly believe Hitler is in charge…It is also Mafia Racketeering-esque….You know we cannot break Belinda Jackson so will attack her family….and she will break under the pressure…Jimmy Duarant from those picture made long ago…These Fools honestly think their someone…Like I need to be running scared…Cause their so big and bad..Who is afraid of Law Enforcement? they are Public Servant and bound by Law…Who is afraid of a corrupt Law Enforcement Officer? he or she is a coward who was misled by the criminals who are stupid…I am just not afraid and they went out and hired Psychiatrist and when I made them look like a combination of Gomer Pyle and Barney Fife; they just lost it and attacked me like a horror movie gone bad….I mean I really made these Psychiatric types realize they are nothing but Quacks and they did not forgive or accept my understanding….These fools honestly believe after 13 years of attacking I going to break…Can I get a witness it just does not take 13 years to break one Woman…These immature idiots are worst than the Palastinians….I feel like this is Israel and I stolen land or something…All I, Belinda Jackson, did was file a complaint with the EEOC against a Brokerage firm located in California and all of a sudden it is 13 years later and I am accused of all kind of lies and every device known to man is used to attack me and my family…Where are we….I this China…Could someone anyone tell these fools…This is not going to happen…I, Belinda Jackson, am not going to breakdown because if that was going to happen it would have by now…Could someone tell Special Agent In Charge, Czdy, I mean, Matthews, I mean Acting Nelson….No I mean Dave Ian Miller….I am not going away and I would appreciate if he would do his job and control these childish dimwits…Oh I not being insulting or derogatory…They are Just what I describe. I am at the Library and there is a little idiot sitting right next to me with a wire device on spitting in the face of every soldier that ever fought for Freedom in this Country and the sad part is he doesn’t care cause it doesn’t matter to him…he getting out of something are getting drugs and all he has to do is what these idiot tell him to do concerning my internet session….I am not mad at this poor fool sitting next to me…believe me his relationship with these Rogue idiot will destroy him beyond recognition…..This is my point…US Postal Mail is Stolen, Internet Sessions are illegally manipulated, Disruption is a mild choice of weapontry…..I all so Third World Nation on Domestic Soil…I was drugged and raped because these idiot thought it would break me…when it did not and I spilled the beans to their superior these fools were protected and I was attacked so the FBI or the Secret Service would have to own this behavior….

Hello Special Agent In Charge Miller,

I contacted the office today and before I was connected my call dropped on Cellular Service I have. The reason for my, Belinda Jackson, contact with the Portland Oregon Field Office of the FBI is because of fraudulent correspondence on FBI letterhead supposedly sent from Washington DC, Headquarter. The letter was written for Carlton Peeples, Chief Civil Rights Unit. I have forwarded a copy to the local office and requested Mr. Jared Garth to please remedy this situation. Mr. Garth, has behaved in such a manner I would describe him as drunk, corrupt or both. This situation is dire. I am under extreme stress and emotional abuse based on behavior stemming from my complaint against Rogue FBI Agents with the Los Angeles, CA and Portland oregon Field Offices. Mr. Garth to my understanding has chosen to be Rogue. I contacted the US Department of Justice Federal Switchboard at 202 514 2000 and Operator 23 stated "I donot have a Mr. Carlton Peeples in my System. I was transfered to FBI headquarters Switchboard then to the Civil Rights Section...Then it gets bizarre because after I inquired after Mr. Peeples and the fruadulent letter; I, Belinda Jackson, was transferred directly into Mr. Jared Garth's Voicemail....I left a message basically stating I believe criminality is occurring and all parties will be proscuted to the full extent and measure of the law; as well as believing this was another attempt at intentional emotional abuse, aggravation, badgering, and the instigation of rage and anger...Old dirty tricks I have contended with before with this element with United States Department of Justice employees. I really need to meet with you SAIC Miller; honestly it feels like a mutiny is going on within the FBI and I and my Family are being victimized by beligerently rogue and sensless FBI and USDOJ employees.

Belinda Jackson is presently living at 6731 SE 82nd Ave apt. 1 Portland Oregon 97240...Please make arrangement to meet with me; and please understand
