I was robbed, Judge Muarer actually undermined her own findings...Exparte January 19, 2010 all fees were waive exparte feb. 1, 2010 she asked if we wanted a new judge.And made us reschedule for Wednesday 3rd..why? then made us comeback with regards to my contempt charges(on Wed. Feb. 3rd, 2010) becaue Mr. Van Hagen failed to withdraw his invalid motion from the appellant court.And my "Notice of Appeals was dissmissed..Judge Maurer stated with he is not in contempt he had no way of knowing the Fees were waived.The refused to allow me to continued because she had ruled...yes she did...she is defined.....never will I ever think ugly means smart.. The point is simple they are a bunch of redneck, racist lost in cheating as the answer....Their is no way in Hell Judge Kerr-Maurer can rule on January 19, 2010, all fee are waived then not hold this fool Van Hagen in contempt for allowing my "Notice of Amended Appeal to be dismissed on January 26, 2010, He should have alerted the Appellate Court. I attempted to get it done and he claimed not to like the language of my Order--I guess Imentionted September 10, 2008, just to many times...but the stipulation of him writing the Order was he would withdraw his Motion to Dismiss he never did...the Defendant Attorney allowed the Appellate Court to make a decision based on a Motion which was not a valid certification.. The Defendant Attorney breached his stipulation with the Plaintiff to withdraw this Motion...And then the Defendant Attorney sent to letters two both Court where he lied to them about the stipulation to withdraw as if a stipulation was necessary..Judge Kerr-Maurer is a woman whom is very angry about her circumstance...so what she has cannot be ratttled are disgrace...See I believe Judge Kerr-Muarer is under the impression that attractive, African American Women cannot be intelligent, dilligent and resillient....I guess we can only be cheated, lied to, conspired against, and Alone in Heaven with God and Jesus Christ....The end of all ends...She undermined her own ruling....January 19, 2010 all fees were waive..February 3, 2010...the Defendant's Attorney had no way of knowing ...Case Regeister over his head I guess.....

Honestly you know I believed President Obama would change my situation as far as Corruption within Federal Law Enforcement. In my heart I honestly believe there would be some semblance of Justice with Attorney General Holder at the helm...but the December 25th attempted bombing was all the evidence I needed to cement the understanding we are being controlled by a police state in America...Federal Law Enforcement is using it's position to keep us very afraid they failed to do thier jobs when it suit them and How in the world is President Obama going to explain this to the Public at large...between the line...he said they had all the information to connect the dot but failed to....Federal Law Enforcement failed to because 150 or 3000 deads is nothing to them...they do not care about the American public and the moment we speak out all of sudden we being me are anyone else who challenges corruption; well we are mentally ill....yes the schizophrenic doctrine is very much in play....14 years ago Sandra Ison, Operation manager at the now defunct Drake Capital Securities located in Santa Monica, Ca...threat me in her office she said; " Her husband and his friends (Secret Service)were going to drive me crazy and ruin my life" Sandra husband Bill Ison is former Secret Service--and they did just that, I am being presently attacked un-mercifully by Corrupt Federal Agent and Rape is and has been used as a tactic...because these FBI and Secret Service Agents are locked in to Emotional break-down as a tool...The Department of Justice is mortified by thier tactics and would rather cover up this debauchery rather than do what is right...These Corrupt Federal Agents and thier Psychological team are locked in loaded on Rape and drugs they used them in tangent all kinds of rape and psychological tactics...my strenght of mind and intellect has been a cruel defeat which has led them to an mental break down of thier own...Now they are using my crackhead brother as a tool of the threat of rape and the whole incest emotional turmoil...I could explain the tactics but they turn my stomach and I do not want my crackhead brother to be utterly undone...this is the same brother who the Federal Officials watched as his twin daughter were molested by his girlfriends father...they made sure I never found out about the trial and when I asked my brother why he did not pursue a lawsuit against the pedofile who was sentence to seven years he said and I quote "One hand scratch the others..." admission this idiot is allowing corrupt feds to run his life...now they have said to him I guess...we are just going to mess with Belinda's head you will not have to actually rape your sister...but once these(yes these it always 10 or 15 psychiatrist against one crackheadl) fools get him to a point they will make him rape my incapacitated body...he left condum under a poem I said was dumb...something about "fresh eyes". The bottom line here is these idiots have met thier match in Belinda Jackson...so the only end result is total catastrophe...and Obama will never be able to explain how these corrupt federal agent went so far. Now I will survive these fools and live to tell Oprah the story...but please believe they are trying to commit murder. I left 4 email to prospective attorneys and two voice message yet not one callback...my number 503 449 6913 is completely blocked...my whole exsistance is being controlled by corrupt federal agents with disregard for penal code, constitution are consquence...I am begging please help Belinda Jackson...these people are nuts.
